Boilercert, you can trust !
They called me immediately, sent a technician to inspect and evaluate the job to be done. Came on time, called to inform he has arriving.
I got the boiler with full water tank replaced in my apartment. Again the day we agreed for the job to be done, on time and as planned one full day job. They left all working, explained the little instructions one need to know about a boiler ... they left the place nice, clean and tidy.
The quotation and the invoice is ideal, with all details, payment was also super easy to do with a link they sent me by mail.
On the phone they are very helpful and clear too.
I've singed up for boiler service reminder with them, they do all kinds plumbing jobs ... they are now in the top of my list if I need any additional services.
Really good to have someone to trust in this field :-)

Communication by Lilly was of the highest standard showing empathy for our situation.
We have an ageing “old girl” Glow Worm floor standing beast that conked.
Boilercert was recommended to us.
We’re in the market for a replacement, so gave them a try.
They came out, luckily the same day, having arranged the appointment for the following day which was great service.
Engineer Phil was courteous kind and respectful to my wife who is not technical.
He fiddled and rattled and blew in her words and got the old girl working.

We paid the invoice by return next day and well worth it for a professional job well done.

We have also arranged an appointment for a survey to replace her (not the wife).
Thoroughly recommended.
Please consider changing your uniforms to blue capes, t shirts with large S on tucked in to underpants that are obviously worn outside the trousers and hair dos with a kiss curl.

Steve the plumber was obviously experienced and well qualified to deal with the replacement of a faulty valve in our relatively complex Church heating system. The removal was not as straight forward as it looked and required a pipe to be cut and then desoldered after fitting the new valve, which he did very expertly. He was most helpful and answered a number of plumbing related questions for us.

Excellent communication with the office team. Got my elderly Mum booked in within a week as Her boiler broke down. Dave the gas engineer who fitted the boiler was extremely proffesional and courteous. The boiler came with a 10 year parts and labour warranty. Would recommend this highly professional company to anyone. In essence A1+!

Having recently had an oil combo-boiler installed by Boilercert, I have nothing but admiration for them and their swift, professional and effective approach. All the engineers whom I met were reassuringly courteous, clear in explanation and diligent in the manner in which, they tackled this momentous job. Subsequent to the installation, I experienced a challenging water leakage in the boiler area, which caused the CH bar pressure to plunge. This situation inevitably worsened into a pipe burst, which occurred last night(!)…. and four days before Christmas - Ouch! And with mother-in-Law and family descending imminently - double Ouch! Boilercert very promptly sent one of their engineers - Jake - this morning, who quickly identified the problem, lifted the floor, stopped the geyser now weiring from the broken pipe, locked this off, repaired and replaced the pipes, and replaced all the flooring. Indeed, It doesn’t look like he ever lifted the floor. A very quick, professional and effective (so far-fingers-crossed) repair undertake calmly and diligently. The whole system is now restored, and my life has been preserved for another Christmas! Thank you all at Boilercert, most grateful for your tremendous (life saving!) efforts at the Farm. After receiving a very bad experience with a large national company, we were so grateful when BoilerCert came to rectify the problems.
The service we received from BoilerCert was excellent from the moment of contact.

Lauren attended my home this morning to fix a leak in my kitchen. She was prompt, professional and polite and explained everything to me.

Boilercert collected a set of keys to check for a potential leak in another property. I was assured that they would be returned to me the same day.
They were not.
It took almost three weeks of chasing, before the keys were eventually returned and then it was to the management agency, not to me. This resulted in further delay and hassle as I arranged to retrieve them.
In all this time, I have recieved no explanation, apology or even response to the question of why it took so long.
If this is an indication of their normal level of work, then I cannot recommend them.

Very efficient company from getting the quote to the work being completed in a very short space of time. The ladies in the Office were brilliant as was Jordan the heating engineer, first class job spaced out over 2 visits allowing me to decorate the wall in between visits.

We had a new shower installed by Brad from Boilercert. The job was more complex as a lot of new piping needed to be added. The work was excellent, professionally done and with no mess left after the job was finished. Brad was amazingly helpful as I changed my mind half way through the job but nothing was too much trouble for him. I would thoroughly recommend this company.
