Left with a Massive Hole in our Wall
Please do not use this company unless you want to be left with a massive hole in your wall.
A new boiler was meant to be fitted in my apartment. When the engineer came they created a hole in the wall for the boiler flew but decided against it because they didn’t want to drill through lintle so they drilled in the ceiling instead. The engineer said that they would return to fill this hole in appropriately but up to now nothing has happened. This has been going on since July.
I have called and emailed multiple times with no answer but the moment I call from an unknown number or different number they pick up immediately. The rare occasions that I do get through to them they say that they’ve scheduled someone to come and repair it but again they don’t come. They have no showed on multiple occasions now.
Like I said. Please do not use them unless you want to have a massive hole in your wall that they refuse to repair

Was contacted to install solar panels
Was contacted to install solar panels. Later GreenCentral installed but got certficate from boiler central
1.Was told 12 panels ( accordingly savings ) would be installed as per survey. On day of installation, was told that only 6 panels can be installed. How can you get it so wrong?
2. Haven’t got below yet
MCS/Flexi-Orb certificate,
Proof of DNO G98/G99 notification/approval
3. After installation, no one got back with certificate of installation or any related paperwork regarding confirmation of work done.
4. No one is replying to my emails regarding refund of panels not installed as well as documentation.

Absolutely discussed with the service…
Absolutely discussed with the service of this company. Trying to pay for a service was difficult as they wanted an opt code which you cannot give out to anyone. After a bank transfer was done and two months later still no service booked. Constantly told waiting for an engineer or someone will call back to sort it out which never happened. 18 emails later and ten calls I have now asked for a refund, let’s see how long that takes.
Will never recommend this company as no one wants to bother except to take your money.
Beware: they do not generate building regulations certifcate
I had a new boiler installed in February 2024, and despite several attempts since then to request the building control certificate to be shared with me, they still ignore. This document is needed when selling the place. I also contacted gas safe registry but no sign of this document with them either. This is poor after sales.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience. They took the money immediately but kept cancelling installation dates. Completely unprofessional and unreliable — avoid at all costs.

Warning - they take your money with no real guarantee of an engineer actually coming to service your boiler.
After paying for a service of my oil boiler the dates I picked came and went with no confirmation of an engineer appointment. Calling their customer service number just rings out with no one ever answering.
I’ve twice raised a request for a customer call back and had someone promise to sort this out which they haven’t. I’ve asked to cancel and for them to refund my payment but they then didn’t send the refund request email, as promised. I’m now going to have to go down the chargeback route with bank for both the card payment and the direct debit I’d paid.
Awful service and I’d definitely not recommend them to anyone. They obviously take money for work they can’t guarantee they can actually complete.
Surviving the triple whammy
Ok so January this year was like a triple whammy! I had a leak in the kitchen, washing machine died; then the kill stroke. Yup my boiler gave up the ghost. Boiler central came straight out of nowhere l instantly took advantage of their finance offer and a new boiler was in situ working like a charm within 48hours.
Honestly, l was worried but everything went so smoothly from start to finish. The engineer, the finance advisor all were brilliant.
I cannot recommend this company enough. Simply stunning service from beginning to end.
Refund not returned
I ordered a boiler and scheduled fitting but they cancelled the fitting day, when rescheduled they then changed the day again. I cancelled the order and requested a refund as the communication was poor. It has taken over 3 weeks for the refund and I still haven’t had the money back. I have chanced this several times and I keep being told it’s being processed yet I am still without my refund. Where is my money after 3 weeks!?

New efficient Combi Boiler
Had my boiler fitted by boiler central in January, the whole fitting was 2 days( involving old boiler and electric hot water tank removed ) I now have a Combi boiler ( there was lots of choice in types , makes and prices of boiler .
I have had massive savings on my gas and electric bills since then, the thermostat is spot on and heating system kicks in if the temperature drops to my lowest pre set level .
The house is so much warmer and feels cosy .
Boiler replaced within a week
Our boiler broke mid winter and we had a new one fitted within a week by boiler central.
Do not give these people your money!!!
I bought a boiler on the 16th of August and paid up front in full. That was my first mistake. Don't give this company a penny until the boiler is fitted. 4 no shows later for the installation I gave up and cancelled my order on the 28th of August. After repeated phone calls I got confirmation in writing of my cancellation confirming the full amount would be refunded on the 9th of September. I got another email on the 11th apologising for the delay in my refund and it would be 5 days. On The 22nd another apology saying it would be within 7 days. And today on the 9th of October another email saying it will be in 14 days. I have received nothing from them. Any communication from them takes countless phone calls. The only phone line they answer is for sales. Ask yourself this, if they do bother to fit your boiler after you pay what do you think the chances are they will help you if there are problems.
