Great company to choose and install a new boiler with. It was my first time going through a new boiler process, I felt like I could trust Harrison Boiler, they are very professional, the boiler guarantee is directly with the boiler company etc. The installation process was smooth with no issues, many thanks to Danny & Chris 👏.

From site visit, to quotation, to installation and after care service Michal has been super helpful. The office team, Danny has also been super engaging letting me every next step. Danny was really helpful and quick to reply in the lead up to the install, during and after, and provided lots of info in the quotes so I knew what I was getting. Jimmy installed my boiler and was really nice, kept things tidy so I was able to remain in the flat, was helpful and answered any questions I had and went out of his way to keep my flat in the same condition despite it being a difficult install in terms of access and not cut into plasterboard etc. as I'd been told was going to be necessary.

These guys are brilliant. Super efficient! Friendly Helpful Tidy Competitive what more can I say…and stunning pipework. I can’t recommend them enough, don’t waste your time going anywhere else!!

Dealing with Harrison Boilers and Install was so easy, my main contact through the whole thing was Josh. If you're
lucky to deal with him it should be smooth sailing, he discussed my options, was straight talking, not trying to upsell and add unnecessary extras but will offer a range of boilers thermostats and things for you to make up your mind. If you have questions he was more than happy to explain. The video survey / walk through prior to the install was a breeze too. Paul who did the install was a good guy, he worked diligently ensuring it was all sorted and I was more than happy with him too. Based on my experience I would gladly recommend Harrison Boiler and Install to family and friends alike.

The team were super supportive the whole way through, helping us convert an existing aga system to a combi boiler. We were a little apprehensive about doing it as it was a big job (new gas runs, disconnecting a gravity system, disconnecting an inefficient heat source) but the team took all the stress out of the process

Jeff was an expert and not only got the boiler in and on ahead of schedule but left the job so tidy it's saved us so much time boxing off and making good.

The customer service is second to none. Ryan provided me with all the information I need, and this gave me comfort and assurance to choose the company. The installation took only 4 hours. The efficiency was far beyond my expectation, as other companies told me that it may take 1 or 2 days. I strongly recommend Harrison Boiler + Install.

Very happy with the service, from the quote to the installation.

Since the boiler has been installed there has been few problems but all the problems has been resolved including a new valve for our radiator which was done free. Now we have no more leakage in the house or from outside the walls.We are very satisfied with the service and happy.if you need a new boiler for your home I would recommend Harrison boiler Thank you

Sam the engineer provided a great service. He was extremely pleasant even though he had plenty to do. The place was left tidy. Overall had a good experience.

great communication service and quick work

Sam turned up as expected, completed a brilliant job which took most of the day. Very trustworthy (left him to get on with the job while we went out for a couple of hours) he explained everything at the end and also asked us to leave a review but the site he gave us disappeared off the phone, hope he see’s this. From talking to Luke the salesman to doing a video call with Danny to getting it fitted by Sam all in 1week 👌 many thanks to you all.
If you get some bottled water you can keep the engineer in coffee as the water & gas is obviously turned off 👍 cheers Sam.

Harrison installed the boiler , was great

Quick efficient service.

Phoned on Monday, fitted on Wednesday.
Took one engineer one day to fit.

I had the boiler conversion from a regular system to a combination boiler. Sam the gas engineer visited on time and finished the job single handed on the same day. He also explained and questions asked. He’s a true professional engineer with great work ethic. The company also matched the price to install a 35KW valiant boiler, also replaced the faulty zone heating valve. Thank you Harrison’s team for your brilliant service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in future.
