I purchased some items off Bohoo Men. I made a total mess when typing in my address. I used WhatsApp to communicate with a customer service representative to change the address.
Diane initiated the change, after which Sham assisted me throughout with the change of address.
Thank you both especially Sham, you were amazing!
I would definitely be repurchasing off this site because it's easy to contact someone if I have any issues with my order etc.
I am sure the recipient will love what I purchased for them!

Great customer service!
I would like to say a big thank you to Maryam and Yumna, working in customer care for bohoo.
I got in touch with bohoo via WhatsApp because I had a missing item in my delivery. They were very fast to respond, polite and understanding, and gave me a few options on what could be done to resolve the error.
I was overall very happy with the level of service given from the customer care team that dealt with my problem.

They have chic outfits on a daily; updating new styles and collections worthy of making your reality a one way runway.

I always use boohoo for those special events mainly birthdays/ baby showers.
Something subtle and cute goes a long way. I know you can get some good ole’ bad & boujee stuff there if you love some good streetwear. They have a broad collection and never fails to deliver a good sales price.

We live for sales in my house and often or not delivery is cheap & fast. Can’t fault them for being special and always gathering data that suits my personal style.
