If I could give this zero stars I would.
***I had to reupload this review as the company solicited an update under the guise of a full refund to say the matter was resolved and responded to my review dishonestly. They lied. There was no refund processed. They claimed "proof of refund" would not be given unless I took my review down even though I never agreed to anything conditional, and now I'm filing a chargeback with my payment provider. Do not shop here. And be mindful of the incessant 5 star reviews.***
Requested a cancelation weeks before shipment. Told them I was moving due to issues and no longer needed the rug, as new space was too small and already had carpet. Was told it couldn't be canceled as production already began, confusing as production time was advertised to be 6 or more weeks. Website does not detail a cancelation policy, but I do not know why my request was not honored. Moved addresses, company shipped rug to the wrong address ANYWAY. I immediately contacted them to return it to sender, they said they would then said it wasn't possible, asked for my updated address to reroute it. Package arrived and I communicated I wanted nothing to do with the rug and to return it, this is after multiple back and forth emails. I was told it could not be returned or refunded. At this point I'm livid, they change their mind then say it can be returned but I am responsible for the million dollar return cost for the rug they forced upon me. Insane. Can't even comment on quality. A chargeback will be filed immediately. Don't waste your time. Listen to the reviews. Do not expect your money back. Look elsewhere.
*Edit: I also saw in a past response to an unhappy review that someone was given a mock up and they supposedly "approved the rug before dispatch". So why was I put into this position? It certainly was not approved by me and they knew that. Don't ever do that to your customers Bohemia Marrakech.

Impossible to return
The rug I received doesn't match the colours shown on the website. Unfortunately I wasn't sent photos of the rug prior to shipment as was expected, which would have avoided the present situation. I asked to return the rug. However I'm now told it's not possible as "the rug has been used". This claim in entirety false as the rug was put down in the room for one hour, with no one treading on it, and then stored in a guest room.
When asking an explanation for this claim, and the fact that not photos where sent prior to shipment I am met with silence.
I now have a 700€ rug which I cannot use and can't return. I feel cheated and do not recommend this company

First, we would like to clarify that this rug was a custom-made order, carefully handcrafted specifically for you by Berber women artisans in Morocco. Each rug is made entirely by hand, knot by knot, using traditional techniques. Because of this handmade process, slight variations in tone and texture are natural and part of the authenticity of a true artisan rug. Lighting, screen settings, and natural wool variations can also affect how colors appear online compared to in person.
Regarding the return, we absolutely do accept returns. However, as explained in our policy, custom-made rugs and rugs that have been placed or used cannot be resold as new. Once a handmade rug has been unrolled, placed on the floor, and handled, it is no longer in its original production condition. As a small Moroccan business working directly with women artisans — not a large factory — we cannot absorb the full loss of a custom piece that was created especially for one client.
We also want to clarify that we always inspect every rug carefully before shipping. Quality control is extremely important to us because every piece represents weeks of manual work by our artisans.
We understand this situation is frustrating, and we remain open to respectful communication to find a fair solution. Our goal has always been to provide authentic, high-quality handmade Moroccan rugs while supporting traditional craftsmanship and the women who depend on this work.
