I made an order on November 2025 and it’s time I haven’t received any information about my order. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend to buy here it is a scam. I have sent emails since January and they just responded once. I am very disappointed.

As someone who values craftsmanship and tradition, this Berber rug truly spoke to me. You can feel the story in it, the patience and heritage woven into every detail. It feels meaningful, not just decorative.

The wool is thick and grounding, and the design brings warmth and balance to the room. I loved being able to see a mockup before purchasing, it made the whole process feel thoughtful.

I couldn’t be happier with my new rug. The Moroccan craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful, you can truly feel the care and attention in every detail. The materials are soft, natural, and what I love most is that it doesn’t feel mass-produced. It feels special, almost like a keepsake you’ll want to save forever.

The stitching is clean, the finishing is flawless, and the quality is far beyond what I expected.

I’m so in love with my new rug, it’s so comfortable which is very cozy underfoot. The color are nice and vibrant which is exactly what I was looking for. And a lovely mockup was provided by Sofian before completing our order, thank you so much Berber Handicraft ❤️

The rug ordered from Berber Handicraft is gorgeous, very well made with a luscious thick pile. I love the pattern and colour, they look just like they did on their website.
The rug took a little longer to arrive than I was initially told, but Sofian answered my emails very quickly and kept me informed about what was going on.
Would definitely recommend buying one of Berber Handicrafts beautiful rugs, it looks wonderful in our living room and has made it super cosy!

This gave my rental a cozy upgrade. No weird odor out of the packaging. Feels like something I’d expect to cost more Clear tracking, careful packaging, and the rug looks great in natural light I’d recommend Berberhandicraft to friends.

I’m honestly so happy with this rug! It completely changed the look of my living room and makes it feel so cozy and warm. The texture is soft, and the colors match my furniture perfectly. It arrived fast and was packed nicely. Every time I walk in, it just makes the space feel more “me.” Definitely one of my favorite buys lately!

Last Update: We received the rug and we are elated!! OMG, it is unbelievably beautiful. We are so happy. So in the end, it was so worth the wait. You will likely wait longer than the website states, but it is so worth it!

I am removing an awful review saying how I thought these guys were scammers, to happily say that my rug has been shipped. I have waited for this news for 10 weeks, with very little response to my emails. But I now understand that this is a very young business with some growing pains. From the sweet emails I got after I posted the first awful trust pilot review, I trust that they will improve. I wish them all the best.

I honestly bought this on a whim during a late night scroll and I’m SO GLAD I did. The rug is exactly my style and feels so nice under my feet. No regrets, 10/10.

So I almost never leave reviews for stuff, but honestly, this deserved it Customer service was quick to get back to me when I emailed with questions, which was great. And the rug itself? Way better in person than the pictures showed I'm seriously impressed. Definitely deserves five stars.

I have emailed you several times and tried to complain about this carpet. I bought a large carpet and paid a lot of money. The carpet is such poor quality and absolutely does not look like the pictures. the company is deceiving its customers. Now they are not responding and I am standing here with a terrible carpet that I absolutely do not want. I want a new carpet, like the pictures or all my money back. Please warn others. Do not buy here!!

The texture is soft, kinda feels like a cloud underfoot. Happy with my purchase.

This is a message to everyone worrying that this company is a scam. The owner explained to me that there are many changes happening in the company, as well as a high increase in orders that they are working very hard to manage. He has been very transparent with me during this process, and I would like everyone who is concerned to know that you WILL receive your rug and this is not a scam!!! He may not be able to respond to everyone right now, so I hope you see this message so you know what's going on. Please give the owner the benefit of the doubt and have trust in him. They are not ignoring you, they just have a lot to manage right now. These rugs do take a long time to produce, so we have to be aware of that. This quality of rug for the price will not be found anywhere else, so I don't mind waiting a bit longer!

The last update. The rug has been received. The quality isn’t the highest, but it’s acceptable.

An update. After posting the review, I received an email with the tracking number. Now I’m waiting for the rug to arrive. I hope it will be as I ordered, and if everything goes well, I will update my review with a higher rating.

I ordered the rug almost a month ago. When I placed the order, the staff responded within minutes. However, after waiting for nearly a month with no update, I reached out to ask about the shipping. Just like many others have mentioned in their Trustpilot reviews, there has been no response — not via chat, Facebook, or email. At this point, it feels like a scam. I recommend avoiding this company.

I ordered 3 1/2 weeks ago, so I am still inside their stated delivery window. But it’s said “Preparing for Shipment” for two weeks. To me that indicates it’s supposedly being shipped. But they will not provide tracking information. They don’t respond to emails *at all*. It’s starting to feel like a scam. I don’t mind waiting, but the lack of response has me very suspicious. I ordered another Berber rug from a different site at the same time, and it arrived 10 days ago.
