Hard to use website

As a service personnel (musician) you make my life so hard. On the phone, I have username and password saved - yet the site asks for email. Probably the website form is again different. Recupering password? Forget it. Until someone sends me the link.. I requested 10 minutes ago - nothing. Best thing, the other day I could log in. Now I can't. Sometimes I change password (forced because of the above) and it doesn't recognize. Sorry ,it's really bad.
