Learned some things that I did not know and feel more informed to boat safer

Still do not have the physical boating license. There is no option to contact you. No-reply email. No phone number.

I enjoyed the self paced style of the course and the information provided to the student. I only have one complaint. In the videos shown in the course, I found the women who helped teach to be inappropriately dressed when they were in swimwear. I realize that they were not in regular swimwear with the life jackets on, but I believe that every step should be taken to make the course 100% clean and professional. Thank you.

The videos and pre-quizzes really helped to set me up for success. By the end dog the course and the quiz/test I felt confident that I am now a very informed boater.

Easy to follow and audible timers on each page helped to keep the flow going. Good unit quizzes helped with final exam. A couple of questions in one of the early modules was information covered later in the lessons, but it all worked out okay

Do not waste your money on Boat-ed. I lost $120 to them. We were on vacation and my children wanted to rent jet skis. They attempted to do the program both on an iPhone and a computer and the Boat-Ed program froze every time and would not move past certain questions, therefore not allowing them to complete the certification. Completely altered our vacation plans, and now they will not refund me my money.

Do not fall for this! They continually ask you to upgrade.In other words spend another fifteen dollars to take a faster course after already paying forty five dollars. The practice scenarios/ questions are set up terribly. I can't even visualize all of the answers, so even though I know the answers I still get them wrong because I can't pick the right answer since it doesn't show up on my screen. Now i'm gonna just have to eat the forty five dollars and find a different class that I can take, because
there's no way to get a hold of any one.

Great customer service! Equipment needs attention, waterskis too big for my granddaughter’s feet, tubes with holes etc. However, you rectified every problem. A big shout out to Cormac (your manager/owner).

The course was easy to follow. The animations and graphics made it very easy to comprehend

I really liked so much, was easy to understand and have a great content to learn everything about boating. Definitely recommended to anyone who wants to get a boat license.

This company boat-ed has a 90 day expiration policy and does not stipulate it well in their check out or description. They charge similar and more than other online course providers for marine lic. Further their course is more time consuming than similar courses so for the Busy professional be prepared for a 5 hour or more pre test and a timed final test. Similar courses not by boat-Ed are 2/3 the time with a less encumbersome course and final. It would be understandable perhaps they are trying to prevent people from Google search or chat gpt the answers where other courses may fail to prevent however it is the 90 day limit they dont advertise well or your 62.50$ is gone. There are better providers don't get shorted by these guys who took 5 business days to reply that they had stolen my money and I would have to pay again. Others don't all do that. So no thanks I'll go elsewhere.

Course was great. Very lengthy, but all value added and prepares you well for exam.

Easy to navigate. Some issues as I did the class on my phone which did not allow all the the information to be seen. I have not received my temporary card yet.

It was a great course, I learned a lot in a short time.

I feel like regardless of age this should be required to have there a lot of ppl on the water at the boat ramp that don’t know what there doing very stressful at times.im glad I took because there was some things I didt know and now do it’s definitely helpful.

The videos really helped reinforce the content.
