Spoke to customer service as couldn't find my receipt and had a hard time finding my details for the transaction which included my the item I wanted to return. It took a little time to locate but the advisor was really helpful and patient and sent over the receipt so I can proceed.

Bought a candle in a jar,paid cash and lost receipt candle is clearly faulty only burnt to a quarter and won't light no wick left.Shop will ony refund if you pay on card or have your receipt therfore discriminate against cash buyers very bad policy.Regarding your reply if you can prove the product was purchased at b&m you don't need a receipt for faulty goods.The b&m label was stuck under candle so I'm done I'll use one below and home bargains for similar purchases.

Bought some chocolates from this company at the Barnsley Stairfoot store. Returned less than an hour later to return them but was advised that company policy is to not return food items. The chocolates were clearly unopened with the receipt and they would not budge and the sales associate with long blond hair was extremely rude. I spoke to the store manager and informed him that when we bought the chocolates we were not informed about the no return policy and as this is not typical policy we should be allowed to return the items but they would not budge just kept touting company policy.
Avoid like the plague - they are rude and unhelpful.

After placing an order for the incorrect size fence panel , arrangements were made to take back and re deliver the correct size. Staff were fantastic and were happy to do anything to help! Huge thanks for the 2 lads who helped me ! I didn’t manage to get both names but believe one was called Dan. Thanks again to the team and management for turning this eventful day back around!

This Cadburys Dairy Milk Creme Egg chocolate bar is very good. The Cream Eggs can be a bit messy to eat. So having it in a chocolate bar form, is quite handy. Its a large bar and doesn't last long in our house! It works just as well on taste as the egg variety. So if your a fan of the Creme Egg, then I would definitely recommend this to you.....😋

Bought picture frames and had to return to CLYDEBANK STORE , as they were wrong colour .. I didn’t want my money back but they refused to exchange them because they never gave me a receipt.. STOP asking if customers want a receipt in future , just give them one … you think you are helping by not taking one.
