I bought one of these units at a pretty high cost. I had problems right away and I was able to call support and get help. Now you can't get help because the support line hangs up before it even connects! And when you go to their website and click on support it goes no where! So what are you supposed to do?? For something that cost me almost $500, at this point, I'm not very happy!
I inquired to this company regarding its products so I could get help with ordering what would be my best option. I never received a response. Very poor customer service. I would recommend looking for a different company. It isn't worth the time to deal with a company that will not respond to a customer.
Update, if you call this company be prepared to not understand the foreigners who cannot speak clear English! Nobody there speaks english! Stay far away from this company!
