I placed an order on 25th November 2025 for a game advertised on Instagram for a Christmas present for my grandchildren, I waited for 3 weeks before I tracked it & it said it had been picked up by Evri on 29th November, however the goods still didn't arrive so I emailed the company, they gave a standard reply, the goods still didn't arrive so I sent several more emails to which I have had no responses, ive asked for my money to be returned & again no response, this company owe me £25 , id tell anyone not to ever buy from them as you might not recieve your goods or get your money back

SCAM – Item never received, ignored emails

I ordered from BlueSunset and never received my item. I have sent umpteen emails with full order details repeatedly asking for tracking information, and they have completely ignored me.

They still owe me £35.96and have made no effort whatsoever to resolve this. No tracking, no refund, no customer service.

This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and clearly doesn’t care once they’ve taken your money. Absolutely disgusting service. Avoid at all costs.

Order came in as described in the time frame promised. T-shirt with v-neck is beautiful and cannot wait to wear them!
