Despite almost the bad reviews I'm pleased with my Earbuds. They appear to be good quality. The sound and performance is good and good functionality. The only complaint was a long delivery time and no delivery updates but a very good product.

I made an order of 17 pounds, they took my money and sent zero order updates, didn't receive my item

I ordered 8 days ago..emails unanswered saying can't deliver to this email address..is this company a scam

No goods received, tried making contact with bounce back stating not able to send, invalid address. It is a total scam.

Awful products, bought my son a dungeons and dragons advent calendar. The gifts in them are awful, cheap and badly made. I wouldn't pay £10 for this rubbish, never mind the £30 I was ripped off for it. Please do not be tempted to buy from this company, their adverts make the products look great but they are not, very misleading!

This is on there web site.. it is so untrue, I bought some shorts from them. The ones that came were so poor quality and nothing like the picture so I sent them back asking for a refund. This was in September we are now in November I mail them at least once every month if not more and get no reply at all . This company has shocking customer service avoid at all costs

My items took over a month to arrive, so it’s not blue sunset. UK at all the showerhead was cheap plastic rubbish. The books were counterfeit and incomplete. I will never buy from blue sunset UK ever again and I’m not going to pay Atenna to return the items that I’d already paid for delivery, but I won’t get refunded so out of pocket. I’m very disappointed bad blue sunset, UK

Ordered a minimallow advent calendar, it’s been over a week now!, not heard anything, have emailed how many times, there no contact number or chat or anything!!, been done for over £30.00. Awful. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered 2 colour by numbers books and received 2 sets of pens. When I asked for them to send me the books they negotiated a refund. So I paid £13 for pens I could have got cheaper in amazing, and they would have been better quality as well. AVOID!!!!

Pure scam, selling crappy items under fake, misleading adverts.
Bought a horror advent calendar as all the figures shown were Lego - instead for 3 Lego and 21 stupid little bits of plastic with figures stickers - absolutely shocking.
Don’t spend money with these con artists !

Bought Halloween minifigure calendar , total scam, AVOID DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY!!!

Con! Website advertised a Halloween Lego calendar. When it arrived over a month later it just has rubbish cheap little toys inside!

Never received order tried to contact them with no look and the money for it came out my account this order was placed on the 27 th of September

Goods ordered were delayed, when they eventually arrived they were of a poor standard and quality, not suitable for children and not as described (advent calendar’s). Requested a full refund as advertised on their website, offered 30% of the total cost and asked to return items to CHINA. Advised them that it was a UK website, with a UK returns address on the parcel and that I was demanding the full 30 day guaranteed refund otherwise I would go to trading standards, financial authorities and the BBC Scammers programme. Monies were returned in full.
