We stay in bluesea Hawaii Costa brave the food was horrible the staff was rude never one to come on these sights but think this hotel is a joke last night me and my friend was woken up at 3 o’clock due to a bloke bullying his missing and belittling her all niight also number of times saying he was going to throw her off the balcony as a result to this we called security and it went quiet for about an hour then it started again I went back down stair told the women on the desk she didn’t care I had to go down 3 times till she finally went to there room and said please quiet the noise that’s all what was said this didn’t stop till half past 9 this morning and it’s only because we left for checkout we stayed there for 4 nights and I am so so glad to be home today it is that poor

We walk in into are room and the bath was painted and peeling got the picture if ppl need to see then are wardrobe front was covered in white silicone got pictures again if ppl want to see the food was that bad we eat out every day the cleaner comes in just to make your bed they don't mop the floor give U new towels and bedding and the staff are are not nice at all the last day of r holiday we went out for the full day and I left my ring on the room came back to the room after a full day out to find that my ring as been stolen went to the staff to tell them and they sayed that I must have misplaced it be warned ppl this is the worst hotel in Lanzarote do not stay here this hotel needs to be shut down

Very bad experience
Very bad experience! I am not referring to the hotel staff but to the policy applied by Blue Sea. We had booked a room for four people on Priceline. We are a family of 5 with a little girl who has not yet turned one and, as happened in the other Hotels where we have been guests, the little girl slept with us without any kind of problem. But once arrived at the Blue Sea Costa y Jardin we got informed that they couldn't give the room to a family of 5, because the policy of the blue sea chain didn't allow it. Therefore, for a 10 month old baby who sleeps with us we had to take another room (which they wanted to sell to me at a higher price than on online websites). Room which obviously we didn't use and which looked horrible for a hotel pretending to be 4 stars! Pay Attention families with 5 members to book with them. Flexibility, a fundamental feature for those who work with tourists, is zero there! The only interest is to get rich at the expense of the tourist!

Best 'what you pay for vs what you get' example
I went ahead and booked with Thomas Cook just trying to support the business. Big mistake.
The chosen resort was a 4 star and looked absolutely great in the pictures. BLUESEA Club Marthas is the name of the resort.
As soon as I have arrived everything changed. The grim atmosphere of a half dead. The ran down once four star hotel has 'welcomed us' as soon as we exited the shuttle bus.
We have then been checked in and taken to the room which was disgusting, it made me feel sorry for the people staying in that place. The cheap laminated floor was all scratched, worn out and coming apart, the bedroom furniture was rotten at the point of contact with the floor and well worn, with cigarette burns on the bed side. The kitchen was all rusty and dirty, the bathroom was as old and worn out as the rest of the suite.
I went downstairs to tell Martha, the receptionist and after I tried to tell her nicely that we cannot stay in such conditions, she said that if we are not happy with the hotel, there is nothing they can do to make us stay and that we will have to contact Thomas Cook for the refund.
While my wife and daughter went around and seen the deplorable state of the rest of the resort, I stayed in the room to find a decent hotel and off we went.
The following day we have contacted Thomas Cook which has refused to refund us saying that we have been provided an alternative room and refused, therefore Bluesea Club Marthas will not refund us.
When contacted, Assilis the manager of Blusea Club Marthas has been very friendly and asked me to call back at 4:00pm that day to give him time to sort the issue. When I have called back at 4:00pm I have been told that Assilis has finished work at 3:00pm - very professional of him.
All in all a very dishonest business ran by crooks that would do anything to humiliate anyone that has the guts to complain about anything.

My wife and I have just returned from a 7 day stay and found the hotel to be very nice. The decor and interior are quite outdated, but the staff and their friendliness more than made up for that. I would definitely return and would like to say a massive thank you to Samira and the entire hospitality team. They made our stay an absolutely great one, which we will always remember.

Fodd was cold not much choice we went all inclusive only allowed 6 alcoholic drinks a day got told to be quiet arond the pool as we were having fun we said no and got threatened with the police juat not a nice atmosphere bar staff lazy and had to find them to ask for a cold drink would never go back again avoid alot better hotels

I am actually in BlueSea Cala Millor right now in Bloque 2. Rooms are 3 star and spotless. Beds Spotless and comfortable. toilets clean. Thanks Monica who leaves them this way. Food all inclusive is a vast array and plentiful and exactly what we needed. Within 500m from beach and 200m from shops and restaurants and bars. Entertainment in hotel and 2 pools.1 in bloque 2 and one 5m across the
street from bloque 4. Staff friendly and pool bar stays open to 10.30. If you're looking a relaxing chill out stay this is the place. We will be back.

This hotel ruined our vacation. The whole hotel is covered in bugs - there are bed bugs in the beds, there are huge cockroaches and sewer flies in the toilets. The whole family was bitten. I informed the reception, they moved me 4!!! times. And I found bugs in all the rooms. I was already hysterical. One day I was left without a room at all, because they didn’t know where to move me. My things were just at the reception, and I only used public places.
As “help” they only paid me to wash my clothes. To be honest, I could do laundry at home if it weren’t for the bugs. I was moved to a superior room in another building, but there were cockroaches and sewer flies.
I barely slept in my vacation.
To top it all off, the entire family took turns suffering from food poisoning. Complete unsanitary conditions in the hotel.
About everything else - the food is monotonous and not very tasty, the animation is terrible, it’s simply not there for children.
One day they offered archery. My daughter, who is 10 years old, knows how to do this and loves it very much. I asked if she can do archery and was told it was for adults only. But most adults can entertain themselves, and children need entertainment.
In general, don’t spoil your holiday, I’m sure there are much better hotels in Tenerife.

the worst hotel I have ever been to. The hotel employees are reluctant to speak English, the atmosphere is not nice, the food is mediocre and the dining room is located in the basement 🤣 which is not included in the photos or description. The hotel is very old and not renovated. The bathroom inside is dirty and damaged (on it is modern and clean in the photos). the air conditioning barely works and is very noisy. I will never go back there again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Do not come here. The food is horrible. Same food everyday. The hotel is disgustingly dirty and full of cockroaches. The staff seem to make fun of you when making a complain. They take the p*ss. Do not come here do not waste your money as it is not worth it! Plenty other hotels to choose from.

Our experience at Bluesea Club Martha's was extremely disappointing. Despite the best efforts of the staff and animation team, the hotel suffers from severe issues. The rooms are outdated, with faulty air conditioning, exposed electrical wires, and a pervasive sewage odor. Maintenance of essential infrastructure, like elevators and fire equipment, appears neglected. The owners, Portobello Capital, seem focused on profit without reinvesting in the property, resulting in exorbitant prices for subpar conditions. There were even reports of ceiling collapses. This place is a disgrace, and they blatantly disregard complaints. Avoid at all costs.

Pool area unclean and not swept or hosed down the whole 4 days we were there, cigarette ends all over. Cockroaches in the pool 3 times while we were there and had to be fished out. The rooms were old fashioned, in disrepair, mouldy silicone around the bath. Cleaner came and when she left the bathroom floor had long black hairs all over it and a really awful smell. (She obviously used a dirty mop)
Dining hall smelled awful every day like foist! It put us off even wanting to try the mere mediocre food that was provided. Paid£450 all inclusive for 3 nights 4 days and we were only allowed 3 drinks between 1-3 for lunch and 3 with the evening meal, we were charged a tourist tax when we got here also had to give bar staff 1 euro for a cup before they would give you a drink.
3 star hotel it certainly is not! I have stayed in many 3 star places that were immaculate, this was almost like a hostel!
View from our room was of a dirty alley with apartments overlooking. Rooms were very outdated, the hotel needs much improvement.
Sandwiches on the snack bar at lunch time were mouldy!

We booked a 3* hotel in calla millor, the blue sea hotel, when we got there we were put in the blue sea 2 across the road, we walked in and said straight away we’re not staying here it was run down looked like a 2* hostel, the bathroom was disgusting it looked like it needed a complete refurb. We complained and was told there were no rooms in the main hotel and non with a walk in shower. We had to specify this on our booking. The next morning we insisted that some thing was done so they transferred us to their sister hotel down the road. The Anba Romani. Had to wait until lunch time to look at the room which was exceedingly small but clean with walk in shower. The staff at both hotels were not particularly helpful just glad to get us off their backs. The food in the hotel was very bland. Not enough sun loungers to go round, towels on every morning by 7pm. We would not give this hotel a 4* rating more like 3. Very disappointed. The only plus side it’s right opposite the beach which was lovely.

Cheap & cheerful
Arrived home yesterday after a week,cheap & cheerful is how I'd describe it,room was basic but clean,food was basic/repetitive but a fair amount of choice,small selection available on the all inclusive drinks, supermarket over the road,beach 10min walk away,police there practically every night,but in hotels defence drunk people arguing etc is beyond there control,paper thin walls,sounded like the guy snoring in the next room was in with me 🤣,bar staff need to be more friendly & remember people are on holiday so a smile would be nice

Worst holiday ever,we have arrived here on 24 April 2024 and we should stay 7 days . I have wasted money and time to come to BLUESEA Interpalace puerto de la Cruz, hotel looks like in the old years of 1990,there is no tooth paste and brush at bathroom even if we paid all inclusive, towels at bathroom are old, food is disgusting, we go to restaurant just because food have been booked in to the deal, otherwise we would just eat local shops food. not much variety of food at this resort. not much variety of desserts, same sweets every single day, but I did like just the fruits and the bread.other than that I didn’t like nothing.rooms are old, hallways of hotel looks very old like you are in a hospital and not a hotel,.absolutely no any form of music entertainment at the pool, just an old speaker forgotten somewhere in a corner. This company needs better marketing in order to be seen good , and better services to be offered to customers.we tried to leave the hotel to go back home in the same day of arrival but agency who booked the holiday refused to arrange flights back home,.
This is my honest review and this resort not worth more of two stars.

Bed Bugs - HOLIDAY FROM HELL
Disgusting! Bed bugs & Food Poisoning.
Infested with Bed Bugs. It was honestly the worst holiday or even experience of my life. I was bitten to death, moved to 5 rooms. My little boy who is 8 slept in the lobby. Staff didn’t care, the rooms they checked us out of for bed bugs, the very next day they were checking guests in. It was horrific. I don’t normally write reviews but feel I have a duty of care to other travellers to warn them off. I don’t know how it has any good reviews. The food is shocking, the same utensils used for raw and cooked meat. We got food posioning on the last day. This was confirmed by a Dr in England as stool samples were sent off and it had a bacteria in it you get from raw meat. No food for kids except chips. My little boy lived off chip buttys or bread and fruit.
They took our suitcases and put them in the freezer leaving us with one day of clothes in bin bags.
We have brought the bed bugs home and have had to pay £1,000 for extermination.
Please avoid all blue sea hotels! They really do not care and you will have a horrible experience. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Rooms dated carpeted not hoovered once in 10 nights and came home with over 40 bed bug bites saw people complaining about the same one couple caught them in a tin box to show everyone . absolutely disgusting that we weren't told about this problem no way would we have booked this hotel . Don't ignore the bad reviews please I'm still covered in bite marks 10 days after arriving home this hotel needs closing until these bed bugs are eradicated the hotel not doing enough this is a very serious problem .it's not going to go away letting people stay here taking the bed bugs home and spreading them I've washed and disinfected everything in my luggage just hope it's enough
