Never received item contacted them on Two occasions no reply was told they had made a mistake on there behalf and the item would be with me shortly. Ordered the item 11th February still not received item

First class service and all products arrived well packaged.

This company have now rebranded as @thepointstoproveapp on Instagram.

For awareness of future buyers considering the other less than favourable reviews.

I recently ordered from Blue Line Tactical through bluelinetactical. The products and quality are decent—particularly the torches and tactical gear—but delivery took longer than expected. While communication was good at first, it became inconsistent when addressing issues. Overall, it’s a decent company with potential, but they need to improve on delivery speed and responsiveness.

Ordered in October and still havnt received my item. I have emailed the company and received no response.

Took months to arrive, I messaged for an update a few times and no response, asked to cancel the order several times as was waiting to ling and no response.

I ordered a product as a Christmas gift, which never arrived. I tried to make contact via email 5/6 times without response. Eventually I got a refund through my credit card. Wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole.

I have ordered an item from this store over two weeks ago and it hasn't been dispatched.

I have tried to contact them via email and app but haven't had any reply.

This is very poor customer service, I now just want to cancel my order and get a refund.

Ordered the Warrant Number Patch with blue line UK flag on in October and have yet to receive the item.

Had an email confirming the order and the money was taken but that's it.

No correspondence to says there's been an issue, no apology and nothing to say it's been processed or dispatched.

Essentially money has been stolen from me.

Not received my order. Email countless times. No response

I ordered 2 x tactical vest torches in august, it is now the end of novemeber and i am still yet to receive either item....

I have emailed multiple times with no reply.

I ordered items from these on the 23rd of August during the bank holiday sale. It was a good deal, came from people in the job, what could go wrong. Tried to contact them across all their platforms including the shopify app. On the 23rd of September I got an email reply from the chaps/chapetts stating it was shipped on the 1st of September, i was to hold out. They wanted proof I had tried to contact them and for me to confirm the delivery address, this was done but I received no reply or further update from them. I have messaged them multiple times again and received nothing from them. It is now the 2nd of November am nearly £30 out of pocket and I have nothing to prove for it. Looking at the reviews in hindsight, Comms is the main issue that this enterprise lacks, the other is the stock supply.

I have tried to cancel my order as it took so long to arrive. I made numerous attempts to contact them in which I got ignored, and then they still dispatched my unwanted order. I have returned the order, still no contact or refund. Appreciate you are busy but don’t run a business if you can’t manage it.

Communication was good and the kit is great! Took a while to get to us, though, as one parcel went AWOL, but they were fab and got another one out as soon as they could.

Ordered a torch and a water bottle on the 21st of August following a post on the company’s social media page of a bank holiday discount. The products have not been delivered, and I have not had any emails from company. I have emailed them regarding this, and messaged their social media pages but had no response since. Very disappointing

Been waiting for my order for 2 months...no update or email from them after payment...👎👎👎

The products was amazing and came at a decent time. They worked perfectly and I would definitely but again.

I never received my item that I ordered in February. Then they wouldn't provide me a tracking number, said it was probably stuck/lost in customs. I will never purchase from them again. Terrible customer service
