I am giving BG 4 star would have give them 5 star. My experience overral was great with them, I’ve never experienced slippage or any unfair market price from them unlike other firms . Very active support that are very professional. My only issue with them is I passed accounts and didn’t receive contract or funded for more than 48 hours, and this is why am not giving them full 5 stars. Other firms will send you your contract almost instantly and move you to live. If they fix this would be so great

DON'T THINK OF BUYING IN THIS COMPANY I assure you that they WILL NOT PAY YOU they accused me of copy trading when it is not like that, AFTER INVESTING ALMOST 1.5K when they saw my progress they came out with this copy, there are millions of traders and logically many will coincide in some entries, that is what strategies are for, to enter key points, I had 5 accounts connected each with more than 1k of profit, I wasted my time and my money, don't do it too.

Blue Guardian is one of the most misleading and unethical prop firms in the industry. They advertise standard daily drawdown limits on their dashboard, but in reality, they trigger a "Guardian Shield" based on a hidden 1% floating loss rule that immediately permanently penalizes your account and cuts your profit split to 50%.
To make matters worse, their trading conditions are completely unreliable. They experience extreme spread widening, severe execution slippage, and frequent platform delays designed to trigger their automated restrictions. Their customer support relies on scripted generic answers and refuses to offer genuine solutions.
They trap traders with fine print and unannounced restrictions so you never actually receive a fair payout. Stay away from Blue Guardian and stick to transparent, reputable firms instead.

They cancelled a brand new account with zero trades on it, only 4 days after I activated it and said it was "breached due to inactivity". Support is useless AND talks unprofessional. STAY AWAY FROM BLUE GUARDIAN and only use the main big guys to trade futures. These guys are a straight up JOKE.

The process to get the funded account was really smooth. Everything seems great.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, but it only lets me give a minimum of 1 star! I bought 5 direct accounts of 50k for $1,333 and I also had one of 25k. This morning I requested a withdrawal for the 25k one, did everything according to their rules, and 4 hours after requesting the payment they sent me an email saying they won't pay me because I did copy trading. My entries are at session openings, I learned this strategy in an academy, and the entries are supposed to be very similar to the rest of that community. What a disappointment, I recommend you don't waste your time or money here. THEY DON'T PAY!! Now they won't even let me log into my account, I feel scammed!

I’m reaching out regarding my $10,000 payout request, which I submitted a month ago

Immediately after requesting the payout, I received an email requesting that I complete an identity verification/KYC interview. I completed the interview a couple of days ago, and was approved and i have the email as proof, during the interview I was told to contact Payout Support, as they would be able to resolve the issue with my account and proceed with my payout.

However, despite reaching out, I have yet to receive a meaningful response or resolution. I have repeatedly been told that someone will respond within “12 hours,” but it has now been a couple of days.

I want to be respectful of your process, but $10,000 is not a small amount, and at this point I genuinely feel like my issue is being ignored. I have been a strong supporter of Blue Guardian and genuinely love the firm, which is why I am reaching out one final time directly and giving the team the opportunity to resolve this internally.

I am asking that someone from the appropriate team please review my account, address whatever is currently holding up the payout, and provide me with a clear update on when my $10,000 payout will be processed.

I have CC’d additional members of the team on this email because I would really prefer to resolve this professionally and directly with Blue Guardian rather than having to escalate the matter publicly.

That said, if I continue receiving the same “12-hour” without any actual resolution or communication, I will unfortunately have no choice but to share my experience publicly on X and attempt to get the attention of someone at a higher level who can help resolve the situation. That would be an absolute last resort, and I sincerely hope it does not come to that.

I am not looking for special treatment. I simply want my account reviewed and my legitimate payout processed, especially after completing the requested KYC verification.

I would greatly appreciate someone taking ownership of this issue and getting back to me with a concrete resolution.
