Choosing a florist when you live outside the UK can be tricky....

I live in Spain and chose a florist local to the recipient. Unfortunately they delivered the wrong colour flower arrangement which was very average, by the way, as my friend sent me a photo. I tried calling Blue Florist several times and no one answered. Same with my emails and I know someone read them as we have a mail track. At the very least I would have expected a replacement delivery in the correct colour. Appalling customer service. Avoid this florist.

Poor service ....wrong bouquet received

I did a order through interflora for a luxury all white bouquet for my daughter's 27th bday. What arrived was a bouquet that was the size of my hand, it was fresh and lovely but it was not a luxury boutique. It was delivered at 7.45am, I phoned the shop and a older man answered, he wasn't the most pleasant person, he just wasn't bothered. He didn't apologise, he just didn't want me to contact interflora to complain. I said that was exactly what I was going to do as he was the most unhelpful person, no manners and didn't care that this was important to me as it was for my daughter. No care or consideration from this florist. If you are ordering flowers and want what you ordered to arrive ...don't order from here and let interflora know you don't want this florist. Poor at best.

Poor service

I ordered an arrangement in plenty of time, on a Wednesday for the following Tuesday as there was a Bank Holiday weekend. This was for my friend’s birthday. I specifically asked for no lillies.
As I heard nothing from my friend, I phoned at 01:18pm to confirm that my order was being delivered. The gentleman said it was on its way. As I saw the shop closes at 17:00pm I rang again at 16:30 and said I was concerned as I had heard nothing. The gentleman said he would make enquiries and ring me back. He rang me back and confirmed that it was definitely on its way and confirmed when I asked him, that there were no lilies.
Finally, at nearly 17.15 my friend rang to say she had had a delivery. She was very pleased with it and said it was beautiful. She sent me a photo and although it looked good, I was not happy to see Lillies in it! I am very disappointed that I did not get what I asked for.

Terrible customer service

The customer service here was shockingly bad.

At the beginning of November 24 I specifically requested a bouquet of pastel colours and what was delivered was predominantly bright, vibrant red with some bright orange and white. This was not what I wanted and it was not what I ordered. There's no interpretation of the word pastel that includes these shades of red and orange.

I emailed to highlight this wasn't what I'd ordered and to ask how this had happened. There was radio silence from them for 2 months. I posted a 1 star review on Google after a month.

Yesterday (2nd Jan 25) I received a phone call from Blue Florist. He admitted that they didn't pay close enough attention either in the bouquet preparation stage, while making the bouquet or before packaging it up for delivery and that's how they sent the totally wrong bouquet. He asked me what I wanted and then proceeded to say "if you want to change your Google review, that's something you can do". He also denied that they've made similar errors before despite there being other reviewers who have had similar experiences.

The driver delivered 2 hours too late…

The driver delivered 2 hours too late to a business reception, so the flowers werent delivered to the person until the day after I wanted.
I ordered an autumnal bunch and they clearly ignored that and sent a standard bunch - they were lovely flowers but not what I wanted.

I wish I never order with them

I wish I never order with them! I wanted to surprise my friend for her birthday and send some flowers as living in different towns now. Put on a search her post code and company was one of the 5 first on, checked prices was reasonable and decided to order (what a mistake) Order been cancelled in a minute and got email about refund. Fine, found another company and order with them not a big deal. Following week still no money back, send email no reply. Called to be informed need to wait 5-7 working days as sometimes takes time. Fine I understand sometimes takes time.Waiting for 10 days still no money. Called again, to be told that they will contact bank to find out and we will call you back on Monday with update. Monday, Tuesday passed no one even planned to call me back. Called again on Wednesday almost month after my order, to be told “ Like we say we did do in our end but you go on your bank and whatever happens with you bank it’s call cancel just go and cancel to your bank this payment and the refund with you in seconds as my bank did refunded you money ”
The worst customer service I experience in my life!

This isn't a local business, this is a scam.

I am a big believer in supporting local businesses, especially florists but this has been by far, the worst experience I have ever encountered and will only now purchased flowers with from businesses like Bloom and Wild. I ordered the Autumn Trending Handtied Large, because they were lush and resonated with my best friends personality for her birthday. I was gutted that she received a rainbow, multi-coloured bouquet and contacted the company straight away. They decided to collect the flowers the following day and provide a new order. As you can imagine this was absolutely embarrassing and horrific to share this update with my friend. She received her new bunch the following day, and it was far worse from the original bouquet - another rainbow bouquet not at all reflecting what i had even paid for (a hefty £50, which is not exactly a small cost in today's cost of living). I probably could have spun-up a more nicer gift, gathering a few bunches from Lidl's flower market. Away from the the autumn colours (cream, marron, peach) and green foliage, she was given something that looked like it was assembled for a child's chemistry experiment gone wrong. When I rang the shop this morning (9:20AM), the manager said what you see in the photograph won't always resemble what you'll be getting - surely thats false advertisement?!!? No compensation given, not even going the 'extra mile' for the customer makes me think this business is en route to bankruptcy, unable to stay afloat to aggressive 'flora/fauna' competition. Please do yourself a favour and NEVER order from this company, it genuinely is a scam. I should have read the reviews, please don't be confused by the images shown on the website, you'll be 'catfished' for sure (Tinder for flowers).
Never again, will I order from this company.

Total Scam

I tried order flowers for my mom on her Birthday. I entered the location on the website well before I went to checkout. The entire time it was showing they could deliver to my mom. An hour after I completed the order they canceled it, saying they don't deliver in this area. I immediately ordered a refund because for some reason, when they cancel your order, it doesn't automatically refund. Took a week to get money back. THEN my first review I made was taken down because the company fought against my review. I made the review 8/9/23 which was the day the order was made. Baby Blue Florist took the payment on 8/10/23 which made my review "invalid" because it was before payment took place. So here's a new one, still within a year.

Don’t count on your order being complete at checkout

Wish I’d read these reviews beforehand. They took my booking only to say they didn’t deliver to the location. Thankfully I paid through PayPal as they didn’t respond to my request for refund which I would have thought would be automatic as they’d sent me a note to say they couldn’t deliver my same day item. Given one star as I wasn’t able to order same day from another supplier as it was after midday, I had also had to chase for a refund.

Blueflorist, get your site sorted so you don’t accept orders from outside your area.

I ordered a bunch of roses for my…

I ordered a bunch of roses for my partner, not only were the flowers perfectly chosen. They did their best to ensure the flowers were delivered on time as my partner finished work at 3pm. Amazing customer service, would definitely be using them again. Thanks

Beautiful flowers and excellent service

I have used Blue Florist a few times and always been satisfied with the quality of flowers and service provided. I recently ordered a bouquet online on Thursday evening and asked for delivery on Friday morning. The flowers were beautiful and arrived by 8am - thank you

Not what I expected

I ordered a bright bouquet with no lilies for a friend who has a cat. Although it was a nice bouquet it was not bright and it did contain lilies. Why offer the choice if you can’t provide the service? I contacted Blue Florist to complain and have not received a response.

Birthday

I live in Lincolnshire and used BlueFlorist for a birthday bouquet for my daughter in law who lives in Kingston upon Thames. I was a bit apprehensive, but I needn’t have worried, she sent me a photo of the flowers and they were beautiful, she was absolutely delighted. They were even delivered within the allotted time scale. Thank you so much

Good Value, Great Customer Service.

The bouquet was good value and excellent.
Delivered with the wrong message balloon, unfortunately. This was quickly refunded however, and they also sent me a complimentary small bouquet as an apology.
I will use them again.

Took order then cancelled (useless!!)...

Took my payment and order online then phoned to say couldn’t fulfill the order as don’t deliver to my chosen location despite no reference to this on website. If you exclude some delivery locations make that clear so people don’t have to go through placing a full order and paying before finding out.
