I’ve been ordering from no angel for about 4 years it’s my fave boutique the customer service is perfect they are all so lovely and helpful the clothes are beautiful and have some unusual pieces and not to mention the speedy refunds usually within 2 days u get a refund when sending something back I just love it x and live watching the daily lives they are all just FAB if I could give more stars I would

This company are amazing, they cannot do enough for you and are so efficient and helpful either on the phone or in person at their Crayford shop.
Garments are of good quality and reasonably priced. If I need to return items, the refunds are given in a timely manner and they are so good to deal with.
Really good custom experience and would highly recommend them. I have been buying from them for a couple of years now. Just love their clothes.

Absolutely brilliant customer services bought so much and brilliant quality no issues with anything that I've bought and when returning items due to being either too big or long refunded no issues Nichola and her team are 100percent genuine and love her morning lives which describes quality and fabric of item do 5stars from me

This is a great clothing store to buy from.
They have a shop in Crayford and also a big online following.
The clothes are very good quality, very well wrapped and quick delivery.
The return process is easy and refunds are quick.
Nicola and her team do great live videos every day.

To keep it short there all lovely in there ones I met but ordered items Monday at to phone today has not arrived told out of stock I think personally when you have online and shop take the 1 item of online place in shop to till you restock I think that’s a good strategy

Shopped with nicola no angel for around 12 months now.
Absolutely love my purchases good quality and promt delivery.
Nothing too much trouble had to speak to Lou on the phone and she was so helpful.
Also Nicola has brought out her own design label NA the label which you really need to check out.

I started buying from no angle last year. There clothes are stunning great quality. The website is really easy to use. They are very helpful if you need to send something back. Refund is done quickly.I have been to the shop once also, that looks great easy to try things on such a great range of clothing. Would highly recommend them.

I absolutely love this shopping experience, whether it be an online order or a trip to the boutique. Always a professional and friendly service with items arriving beautifully wrapped and on time at reasonable rate. I love the clothes, bags, perfumes, footwear, jewellery etc AND so does everybody else. I always get a brilliant comment when I wear Nicola noangel gear and it’s so uplifting. I can feel confident that the outfit works as I’ve seen how to wear it on the lives plus the clothes are so well chosen to fit nicely and be on trend. I will never look back after finding this boutique that my sister Helen introduced me to. A big positive is also the really lovely girls who stop at nothing to make sure your experience is the best. Thanks girls! Oh and it’s all genuine too.

By far an all round excellent service. Nicola & her No Angel Team second to none. From daily lives ( you have to be quick girls) however email the team for an update on restocks, should you miss out, (due to sell outs) Nicola goes above & beyond to restock, so you’re not disappointed.
Only order via no-angel.co.uk, download the Shopify app, this gives you regular updates, orders received within given timeframe (subject to our individual postal service & need I say more! ), packaging is fab,
& should you require a refund! Dealt with efficiently & well within their given estimation.

No Angel has got to be my favourite boutique. Ordering is so easy. Clothes arrive packaged beautifully. I’m lucky enough to live nearby and a trip to the shop is dangerous on the purse! Love No-Angel clothes, been shopping here for a few years now. When people ask where my clothes are from, I give them the details and try to bring family and friends to the shop when I'm picking something up. Even bumped into Nicola once in London wearing one of her dresses. Website is easy and the shop is lovely to have a look round, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. You will not be disappointed!
