Bluedio T7 Headphones - Poor Customer Focus

I have owned Bluedio T7 headphones for some years. I tend to wear them only in colder weather. I started using them again this week.

My biggest gripe is that the headphones speak to me in what I assume is Chinese and I can't change the language. I thought I had a solution after contacting Bluedio, but those instructions no longer work.

The online manual is no help and clearly this has been an issue for many others going by online discussion groups. Any customer-focused business would have posted clear instructions ages ago.

For the rest, the quality is good given the price but for the folowing issues:

1) Every so often a voice interrupts music. As it is in Chinese, I have no idea what the message is.

2) About every hour or so of listening produces a momentary distortion.

3) When I loaded albums onto a microcard, it appears the mp3 player could only play the first album. If that is the case, why not mention this in the manual?

4) The controls are fiddly and it doesn't help that the manual has only one picture that doesn't show all off the controls.

Finally, I note Bluedio does not bother replying to reviews and all the 5 star reviews come from people who have submitted no other reviews whereas the less favourable reviewers have posted multiple times. Draw your own conclusions.

Bluedio will not assist you when their poor quality earpods become faulty

I bought (Bluedio Hi Headphones TWS Bluetooth 5.0 Wireless Stereo AIR-PODS Earbuds Headset).
The charging box was too big compared to other earpods. And unlike, other cheaper earpods, it has only one light which doesn't show you the level of the battery and all of a sudden, and without warning, it runs out letting you down.
Also, after 4 weeks only, the charging box stopped working without any warning. I was left with earpods that I cannot charge! I contacted Bluedio customer services online and highlighted the issue, but they never replied and they have no contact number to call them! Are you going to trust a company that will not respond to you if their poor quality gadgets become faulty?
I would never trust them again. Cheaper unbranded earpods turned out to be smarter and better

Worth your view

For me bluedio offers cool enough products for adorable prices, sound, battery, etc. But they still need to work on some functions and aspects because they also make various mistakes, they are not critical but they can avoid them easily

Bluedio T6s = DISASTER !! BLuedio lies to consumers

B) TEXT IN ENGLISH (translated with google) :
Bluedio T6s is a DISASTER !!!

First of all, know that I bought 2 other Bluedio models in the past. I speak knowingly.

1 °) The mode "Music pause" ("Play auto") when one removes the headphones from the ears works, BUT, while playing videos, I was entitled to a very choppy reading (unusable therefore) because the sensor believed that I put on and took off the headphone every half-second !!
Bluedio's service told me to install their application on my Android smartphone (not certified PlayStore for that matter!), Then disable the Play Auto.
Bluedio knows that it does not work ...
1st problem solved ... With a Play Auto deleted now!

2 °) The headphone is not comfortable. To watch a movie here, no more.
My BluedioTM is MUCH MUCH better! In 2018-2019 I was expecting something else !!!

3 °) We come here on the disaster aspect of this Bluedio T6s headphone:
the sound is TOO weak, or much too weak, according to the feeling of each.
And I speak knowingly.
My Bluedio T3 +, before it breaks because design / manufacturing very bad, had a very good sound and especially a very good volume level, whatever the device used (TV, smartphone, etc.), and connectivity simple minijack so practical, funky, and cheap when you want to connect wired!
My Bluedio TM, cheaper, has a less good sound, but a little stronger. In relation quality / price to listen to replays while cooking is really a very good choice, but not to watch a movie.
This T6s headset is UNUSABLE !!! Even at home, without any noise, it's really not enough, and when you're outside then there is nothing!
Bluedio's customer service has been holding my leg by email for weeks, asking me to pay an option on their Android app that was useless!
We can also select on their app a sound level either 35/100 or 40/100 or 50/100 in the Burin-In Music menu. Odd no? No level 100/100 available elsewhere! ...
I think it is to flatter the sound of this T6s, because unbridled in high volume we would be aware of many negative things ...

In the end, Bluedio asks me to prove my words with a video that is unachievable of course!
And they admit half-word they are in a quality / price ratio actually.

They save time to avoid negative opinions, but with me it's not the case !!

4 °) Finally, no audio output minijack standard. Is noted on the commercial description of Bluedio "Communication: Wireless + Wired".
So we believe that the cable comes with ... well NO! No cable, and after waiting for weeks that Bluedio finally sells a functional cable, we end up with a cable short enough to watch television for example, because we can not extend this cable with a conventional extension cable minijack.
I bought this T6s to see movies as I did with my T3 + before, and that's not possible. The T3 + worked with standard minijack and it was great!
There, with the T6s, we have type C with a cable "owner" too short, and you have to buy extra for 12€ including delivery!
Unacceptable !!!

5 °) Active noise reduction is not effective at all, another gadget that, removed from the headphone, would decrease the price.

Well, Bluedio and me, it's over! Unless the port jack comes back, and testers on the web tells us about the output volume, because the announced spl of T6s is very very fancy!

Love my headphones

Love my headphones! Just the battery/charge hold time on it doesn't seem to be great? Which means I need to be super organised and make sure they are charged before my workout.
I do love however they can be charged quickly and give a decent amount of play time.
