I ordered their flower box for my friend. She loved it. Fast delivery.

Very slow, and very bad customer service, they make mistakes and mislead you and they don’t refund. They sent me an item different than what I ordered and it is expired. They have hided the expiry date by a black marker. I will never ever order from them again. I don’t recommend them at all, very expensive for the bad quality of products and service.

Very average , doesn’t worth the price

I ordered a box of Eid and Ramadan chocolates, and I will not buy again. Rather, I was shocked by the quality of the product. I think there is a lot of advertising on the quality of the product, which is not worth much. I did not understand the large grains of cats dipped in chocolate. What is special about this category? In addition to paying shipping and customs upon arrival in Sweden. Finally, I received the package after 20 days, and thus ended Ramadan and Eid.

The Autumn chocolate box arrived promptly a week after I placed the order for France. It's good, not too sweet but not exceptional, you can find better and at the same price, at least here in France. The negative points are not only the box which looks old with scratches on the cover but also the delivery charges which I had to pay twice, a pure hassle! I paid £14 on the website and to my surprise on the day of delivery the delivery man asked me to pay more than €10! Does anyone have an explanation for this! And moreover the chocolate is not as shiny as it is described in the videos.

At very short notice, I decided to find little gifts for the amazing staff at the care home where I volunteer, for they have kept the elders who live there safe and well all through the pandemic.
I found Bloom delight on the internet and thought the 'favour boxes' of heart shaped chocolates would be perfect. They are beautifully wrapped, and look really special.
However I was sure I was setting them an impossible task with a mad deadline. But no! Like superheroes, they took on the challenge!
No one could have been kinder, more helpful or better at communicating. They replied to my enquiry on a Sunday, saying that they were sure they could get my order to me by Wednesday. They made helpful suggestions, which made the gifts even more special, and by 9am on Wednesday (today) the gifts were here. All beautifully wrapped!
I am thrilled they managed to do this in time and to such a high standard, and really grateful.
If you are looking for a friendly company who will go the extra mile for you, here they are!

I really love those chocolates especially their vegan no sugar range.

Received a 'spoiled' bar of Chocolate as a gift from a friend, I let the company know right away over the new years period and everything was sorted right away! In fact they went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience with their product and service.
Incredibly kind service and absolutely delicious chocolate, will be recommending to friends and family.
