Terrible experience

Terrible experience. This company shipped my order to the wrong address and then completely ignored me when I tried to get it fixed. I emailed and called multiple times and got nowhere.

Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they forced me to file a credit card dispute just to get my money back.

Mistakes happen, but ignoring customers and refusing to resolve the problem is unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

ORDER PROBLEMS

We have ordered from this company for over 10 years for our Christmas gifts w/o issue until this year. On 10NOV25 we made our usual order received 2 order numbers and asked for/were told shipping to occur 10 DEC25. On 10 DEC no shipment occurred... we called and we're told our order numbers did not exist. We reordered and we're told shipping would occur 16DEC25. When we received NO confirmation we called today, 18DEC25, and we're told that UPS hadn't showed up for 3 days and that they had many orders this year (well, no kidding... it is why we ordered 10 NOV). We knew this to be an outrageous fabrication, so we called back and were told the UPS comment was untrue and that shipping was to go out today. These are Christmas gifts! What is going on Priester's? We have, now, been told that we and our family can expect to receive their pecans on 22DEC25. HOW CAN THEY KNOW THIS IF THE PECANS HAVE NOT GONE OUT? I have begged them just to be honest so I can regroup and go to Plan B.
I just want the company officials to be aware that the customer service phone associates are just not being truthful and compromising a loyal customer's business. We love this company and their products, but, they are not being serviced well by their ordering service.
