I ordered my hair loss product from Bloom and Bond!
Never received my delivery, they just aren't interested.
This company is definitely a rip off scaming company. Take your money and don't suppy the product! Pure theft.
Feel like a fool as now looking on Trustpilot it can clearly be seen the type of rip-off company they are!
Avoid at all costs!

Having given them and opportunity to put things right and after several emails. They sent me this picture of a front door a had a package! The only trouble being is its not my front door as mine is totally different!
So if you are reading my review! Please do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere!

Avoid at all costs. Like others I ordered the buy one get free offer. I did not sign up for a subscription, like another recent post I'm very careful about these things.
Their website says I don't have a subscription to cancel and my bank isn't making blocking them straight forward. I have messaged Bloom and Bond but so far no reply.

There was initially a mix up with my order and I thought I had been scammed. I contacted bloom and bond and after quite a few emails I received my product. The reason for the to and fro emails is because I am in Australia. I returned my product and received a full refund. Initially I had misgivings however bloom and bond came out on top. I have read people accidentally sign up for a subscription so that’s the only thing I would be cautious about but otherwise I give bloom and bond 4/5 stars.

8This company is not right, do not order, i have have not asked for subscriptions and they have enrolled me on subscriptions taking money out of my bank without my permission which is fraud. I have tried to stop them and no one is answering just a robotic. Stop the order otherwise I will have to get legal advise. I have a stream of emails bavk and forth asking for my refund. Its staring to feel harrasing.

Should have read this 1st! Like others, I have ordered, money debited to my card but then received an email saying the product was still in my basket. It is not in the basket but I have also not received a confirmation with tracking number. Buyer beware.

Placed my first initial order which was but one get one free. Didn't realise this was auto subscription, no where did it inform me of such and they is no record of a subscription on my account and I'm always very careful with subscriptions. More money was taken without my consent, couldn't cancel with bank so have had to cancel my card and email for a refund but now the order has been shipped as no one has responded to my emails. Avoid this company you will be added to subscription

Was supposed to come friday but came saturday. product works though.

I am happy with the product & I will most likely use it again once my existsupply is used up. It works very well & I've already noticed I have new hairs growing on my scalp, eyebrows & lots of new lashes aswell, after only 1 month. Does exactly 💯 what it promises. I would personally recommend using this product during perimonopause.
I found the Web site a bit confusing to navigate, but the customer service was excellent & super fast.

The adverts are all AI generated but give the impression that they are real people. Its deceptive, ofputting and doesn't generate confidence in the brand

I ordered a pack of tablets to try. Within 3 weeks I received an email stating that my refill oil was out for dispatch.
I emailed advising that I hadn’t ordered these. They replied with I had entered a subscription and that’s why I received 20% off. I did not agree to a subscription so I went on to my account to check, I had no subscriptions on my account and the worrying thing is my card details were stored. I did not agree to having my card details kept on this account. It was a one off payment for a product I was going to try. Why would I agree to a subscription to a product I hadn’t even tried yet???
I explained this to them and asked them to cancel the order and give me a refund but they said I’d agreed to a subscription. Be careful when ordering from these, they are very devious. I would not recommend this company. Very disappointing.

Been 5 weeks and only slight improvement. expected more by this point.

Put order in and pressed offer of buy one and get one free but when order confirmation came it had added on a serum and another pack of tablets. What should have been £26 ended up as £61. Tried to contact but no response. Also last time they put me on subscription which I had not agreed to. Not using again. My bank have also charged me purchase fee and transfer fee on all 3 separate transactions as went out not as one amount but 3 separate for one order. Not happy. This should not happen.

I purchased the vitamins due to the advertisement. Shipping took longer than anticipated. Package arrived and it smelled
foul; like something spoiled left in warehouse for years. I did not even bring package into my house because the smell
made me throw up. Package was not even opened. I contacted customer service. Took 2-3 business days for a response. Answered their question and another 2-3 days. They they want batch number. Sent pictures of the items showed that it was closed and they offered 50% back. The excuse they gave for the smell no sorry I have have other vitamins and never did a smell/odor comes even outside the packaging.

She uses these and told me to try. both seeing good results now.
