I want my refund
What's really annoying is that I did not choose the option for a monthly order subscription . I contacted them through PayPal and email, stating my issue and wanting to be refunded and also asking for them to cancel to order. I did not get a response from them until after they had sent the order out and i am still waiting to be refunded the full amount.

What's going on I ordered on 13 .arch and paid, and you have taken a further $49 from my account today,
I have not subscribed to anything!
And don't give me the same answer as you have given everyone else!
Taking this further! And I want refund
AVOID
When you google this company it gave impression it was in the UK!
I paid via PayPal and seen it turn to US figures and tried to cancel transaction but was too late. I tried to cancel instantly by contacting them direct on all methods provided via website within minutes.
I heard nothing then got a dispatch email and subsequently right after a response back to all my attempts to cancel the order saying it was to late they’d dispatched the order.
Very convenient to say the least!
They won’t refund me now but said I can return goods for a refund.
To make matters worse the tracking is showing the tablets are company from china! So let’s be honest how much will they charge me to return the goods to China? I’ll need to cut my losses and bin them.
Please don’t fall victim to this company and take at your own risk. I wish I had read these reviews first.
I have also emailed ensuring I am not signed up to a hidden subscription!
Company is a shambles & it’s dreadful PayPal are supporting it!
I was sceptical at first
I was sceptical at first, but after three weeks i really started seeing results, my hair is thicker and I cant see my scalp anymore!
Working for me
Hair feels different in a good way. less shedding overall
No integrity.
EDIT: I received a refund quite quickly after contacting them by email.
I ordered once and I was happy with their products so far but their automatic subscription caught me off guard. No reminders,no recollection of setting it up and no traces of it on my PayPal account. This is a very fraudulent way of making money. Complete lack of integrity as a company!
Fantastic
Came 3 days before expected delivery. wasnt ready to start them yet so had to wait.
Not Recommended B&B
I had been using another brand of Pumpkin Seed Oil with Saw Palmetto which was working well, however when I changed to Bloom and Bond (due to their adverts, silly me) my hair started moulting again and got very thin. I am now taking Holland & Barrett Pumpkin Seed Oil with separate Saw Palmetto and after a couple of weeks am experiencing less hair dropping along with some hair growth.

I ordered a one off purchase of the pumpkin oil capsules, just to try them. One month later £26.98 came out of my bank account and more capsules were sent to me. It seems they have signed me up for a subscription that I did not ask for. When I go onto their site it says I do not have a subscription, this makes it impossible to cancel the subscription. I have also emailed them asking for the subscription to be cancelled, they have not responded. What would probably have been a product i would buy again is now a company I would avoid at all costs..
Update, I've since had a very polite response from Bloom & Bond. As I understand it, if you buy the offer of buy one get on free you are automatically signed up for a subscription, this is not made clear. Secondly when trying to find information about my subscription, their site told me that there was no subscription. I've since been informed that my subscription has been cancelled. I'm happy with the response I received from them.

I started losing my hair in July 2025
I started losing my hair in July 2025. After several months of research I decided to try pumpkin seed oil. I chose Bloom & Bond. My hair started growing back after the first two months of using this product. It continues to grow. I am very pleased with Bloom & Bond.
Helping with thinning

BLOOM & BOND
I made an initial order with Blooms & Bond November 2025. I have repeatedly stated that I did not wish to have any further deliveries, and sought to end my subscription but the last delivery arrived on the 8th of April 2026. I did not have access to my Hotmail account, but unsually, neither did I receive a text message from the delivery company, the parcel was being delivered on the above date, so it was a unwelcomed surprised when I opened my door and saw that the delivery was from Bloom & Bond.
The delivery man begged me to take the parcel while insisting I would need to return it, and became quite distressed when I would not, so I empathised and accept it. I have repeatedly made it exceptionally and repeatedly clear in my communications to Bloom & Bond last year and earlier this year and in on the 8th of April I did not wish to have any more deliveries. I reinforced I had packets unused, and had use under 10 capsules in total from the two bottles, and under no circumstances wished to have any more , and how frustrating and upsetting it was to continue to receive and pay for a product I don't need or want.
On the 14th of April Bloom and Bond in an email apologised and further stated 'No worries at all. I have taken care of this for you and your subscription is now cancelled. You will not be charged moving forward. 'If you decide you don't want to keep the recent order 6B15184, you can let us and we'll be happy to share our return address with you.'
'Once the order is on its way back to us and received at our warehouse, we'll take care of processing a full refund for you. If you wish to accept the delivery, we'd be happy to offer 30% refund as a token of our appreciation.'
On the 16/04/2026 in an email, as a response to my email I was further informed, '
'I’m really sorry for the frustration and distress this situation has caused you. I completely understand how upsetting this experience has been.'
'I can confirm that your subscription has now been fully cancelled, and you will not receive any further shipments or recurring charges moving forward.
Regarding the recent order, I understand you would like to return the items. To proceed with this for you, could you please send a few photos of the products you would like to return (including the bottles and any packaging if available)? This will help us quickly confirm the items and provide you with the correct return instructions.'
On the 17/04/2026, I emailed Bloom & Bond the requested photos of all of the products that were sent. 3 unopened packets and two opened bottles, using 5 capsules from one bottle and four from the other, assuming I could not return them, as this is what I was previously told by Bloom & Bond.
Therefore, I had reasonably assumed I could just return the last package of the product, that I did not even bother to open. My assumption is also reflected in their above email on the 15th of April 2026. I am not sure if I will be refunded for the last packet or all unopened packets
I am currently awaiting a response, and will update here accordingly to inform readers of the outcome.

Unhappy with their ordering process
I have ordered from Bloom and Bond but am regretting this: the purchase process seems less than transparent and I am concerned that somehow I have been duped into getting some sort of subscription that I do not want. Had I known they were a US company I would not have ordered. I am requesting a cancellation of the product and order, but it is extremely irritating that their customer service can only hope to reply in 24-48 hours. I really hope my fears are groundless, in which case, I will happily remove my negative review.
