Eaten these cookies a few times and recently tried the delivery service which has been great.

Yes you can get cheaper but these taste so much better than millies. I would like an oat and raisin one though

Don’t waste your time and money buying these extortionately priced cookies. They are nothing more than just basic cookie dough. You are 100% better off buying Millie’s giant cookie for half the price as it tastes better and has more chocolate etc in it.

I ordered a cookie, initially it was delayed due to postal strikes but they refused to refund. Then when they sent it, I did not get notified then it sat in Royal Mail for a week I followed up with Blondies had they sent an email first week in Jan saying order dispatched - they claimed I received notification and it was my problem and would not re issue or refund! They told me the item would not be usable and must be disposed of, I therefore did not collect. Save your money no customer service I’m not the first customer with the issue and I won’t be the last! Go Millie’s guys Blondies are not worth the hassle 0 customer service

Never arrived 5 weeks did send email was ignored not responded to very very annoying so that note not recommended no order no response

Ordered via Vodafone promotion on 5th Dec. Still not arrived! Awful -avoid at all costs. At least I only spent £3.

I ordered a giant cookie through the Vodaphone promotion, unfortunately RM took a week to deliver. I messaged Blondies and they arranged for a replacement even though it was not their fault. The triple chocolate cookie was heavenly, thank you Blondies Kitchen.

Please avoid this company. They done a joint promotion with Vodafone stating you only pay for delivery and get a free cookie sent out. I applied for the deal on their website on 05/12/2022 and asked for the delivery date to be 17/12/2022 for my sisters birthday. You even get notified ' Your order will be delivered on the designated delivery date you selected.'

I was at work on 08/12/2022 and was told delivery attempted and no one was home. I couldn't even reschedule at that point as you have to allow it to go back to depot and and the next reschedule date I could pick was days ahead. By this time the cookie would be stale etc. So I just waited to see if they would re-deliver before than which never happened.

I chased this up with the company on the 12th December and was ignored. I explained the situation to them in the hopes of them issuing a new one out on the date I actually asked for. They could not be asked to respond.

I then chased this up again yesterday and received a blunt unapologetic email saying they won't be refunding me as no one was home and I also didn't reschedule the deliver. They chose to dispatch my item on the 06/12/2022 which is 11 days before the requested date for something that is meant to be fresh and edible and then refused my refund. They offered a 15% voucher for another order without refunding the initial order cost when you made the error. This is baffling to me as I would never order here again and advised you not too.

If you want a better experience and nicer customer service, I would advise you to use Millies cookies or go elsewhere. Save money and read the reviews too. There is a reason a company like this is doing shamble deals and needs to keep your money while they're at it.

Item was delivered on time. Ordered the cookie but tasted very bland, 100% not worth the money

Ordered on Dec 5th.
Had a confirmation email and no further updates. 10 days ago!!! Overpriced and won’t reply to customer service. Birthday has now been and gone.

I've ordered more then 2 week ago, but still not received any update on the order. Tried to reach out through email (as there is no contact number) but get automated email only. They seem to put the blame on the royal mail strike.

AVOID ORDERING THROUGH THE WEBSITE!

I love Blondies Kitchen. I've placed quite a few orders, especially over the past year and each one has been excellent. The website is easy to use, the images are excellent and the service is awesome!

The products are dispatched quickly with DPD and you choose the date of delivery. Then DPD email with a 1 hour timeslot and it all works.

The products are incredible. If I lived closer to London, I'd be at the Selfridges branch every day!! :D

Seriously, this is one of the best customer experiences and I'd rate them higher than 5 stars if I could. Genuinely.

I placed an order with this company and then a couple of days later the person who I brought these items for as a gift was told they needed to self isolate. I contacted Blondies Kitchen on their website as well as via Facebook messenger as per their website and got no response. They finally responded after I emailed them telling them their customer service was a disgrace in response to the despatched order email I was sent! They then claimed that I put the wrong email address in on their website which is why I hadn’t heard back. If this was true, they could have seen the correct email using the order reference I put into the message but still doesn’t explain them not replying to me on Facebook messenger. The customer service is terrible. They have no interest in the customer beyond taking their money. A company I will not buy from again nor recommend.
