S Mak

Scammers

I called Thai Airways International from Google search but it was another travel agent. I hung up. Then, I searched again. This time I thought I got it right. However, the person who picked up the phone at the other end scammed me to pay £1,200 extra to change my daughter’s ticket fare type claiming that I bought the ticket wrongly. Instead of Adult type, I should have bought child type. They said the original flight was full and there was only one seat available in the morning on the same day. After paid, they asked me to send confirmation and they will issue me the eticket. I felt something wrong after I paid. The name that came up in the transaction was not Thai Airways International but it was Travel Junction!!! The email that sent to me was another travel agency name which they claimed that they were Thai Airways International affiliated. So, I informed my bank and I called travel junction and sent them email asking for the refund. They have not replied. I don’t know if I will get the refund. But this company is definitely a scammer. I don’t know how their telephone number was appeared in my Google search. Do not deal business with this company.

Scam company with the same name

There is a USA company that calls itself TravelJunction, Inc. This company is very unethical and is in a syndicate of several company names that misrepresent themselves and scam travelers out of their money. Be very careful that you are dealing with the right company. Complaints sound very similiar to what I experienced with one of their affiliates.

Please don't book with this company.

Please don't book with this company.
On March 8th I rang them to check on an Emerites flight london to Dubai, as I was having a problem with Emerites site. I was told by a man named MADDY, the prices had changed they had gone up within that hour, I booked with him but really was not happy with the price. So I called the London office of Emerites, The price had not gone up at all!.
I called travel Juncion the following day, MADDY was not there, I told the lady there I wanted to cancel my booking which had not gone through to Emerites, but had been taken out of my bank. Was told the supervisor would call me back NO CALL BACK!
Spoke to MADDY the following day, was the rudest person I have ever come across, I told him he has over charged me £100 he called me a liar, and a blackmailer! I am 75years of age and was totally shocked, he then hung up on me.
PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU ARE THINKING OF USEIBG THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY.
UNTIL NOW I AM STILL WAITING FOR A CALL BACK.

Unresolved Booking Glitches at Travel…

On 16th January 2024, I purchased flights through Travel Junction. When I didn’t receive a confirmation, I contacted Travel Junction the same day who claimed they did not recognise the transaction. I told them that my Barclaycard was showing a pending debit, payable to them, they were rude and unhelpful and offered no assistance.
I contacted Barclaycard who assured me the pending payment would be reversed within 4 days. Unfortunately, Travel Junction debited the full amount 4 days later, causing me to exceed my credit limit. This was reported to credit bureaus by Barclaycard.

Barclaycard eventually resolved the issue with Travel Junction and I received a full refund. However, the credit bureaus still reflect the credit limit breach.

i booked 2 tickets to USA but when i tried to make check in the night before the flight it didn't allow me to check in.
so i called the operator - United airlines and they claimed that Travel junction have not fully booked and paid for these tickets thus we cant make check in!
i tried calling travel junction who claim to be open 24/7 but that's a lie and only an answer machine comes up and as many messages i left no one called back.
i also emailed them but to no avail.
at the end i found a number of their office in canada and was on the phone to them for over an hour being transferred from one person to another with none of them even finding my ticket through their very own reference numbers!!!
finally after around 1.5 hours (international call) the check in started working - as it looks they finalised the ticket while they kept me on the phone!
i went to bed 3:30! and had to get up 4:45!
