Decent site with some glaring issues. Relatively small library of games and poor referral program with tracking issues. Support was no help in rectifying the situation, but was very responsive.

Low redemption minimum and solid welcome offer. I could see this site improving with time, but as of right now, I’d argue slightly below average.

I’ve been waiting 2 weeks and counting for my winnings of 200$ to show up to my account. They were processed and approved, yet still not a dime in my bank account. Customer service just tells me to be patient but cannot send me a receipt or record proof that they even released the funds to the right account. Starting to feel like a scam for sure..
Here’s a tip for all you “sweepstakes” sites out there..try to actually pay the winner in a timely fashion because it literally take a split second to buy into the site, yet it takes weeks and countless hoops to jump through just to get a return. If you want to simulate a casino, then simulate a casino. People aren’t going to play any more if you take their money quick and never pay them out if they happen to win.

Got a good deal over the weekend and hit big and they actually paid out! It took about 48 hours after my redemption but for me its 5 stars as I didn't have to jump through a bunch of hoops. I have one more redemption I am going to put in as well hopefully the 2nd one goes smoothly too, I will update this review if it does.

Signed up for the site, was given a referral code from my buddy. Saw there were some. I saw there were some nice looking offers and was going to purchase after work. Two hours later, after work, I logged in and all of the offers were gone. I reached out to support who told me they are time-limited and they encouraged me to buy a regular pack in the store. If this is how they treat new users, I would not feel confident giving them my money with the trust they would give it back if I won money. Very disappointing experience and I am a new user. Imagine how you would be treated if you won money from them.

Would be a lot better if their daily bonus worked properly! Each day I login. Sometimes when I go to collect my daily bonus it resets me and I don’t get my SC! Or I collect on the day it says I get fee SC and it never credits to my account. Beyond annoying. I also made it to Gold VIP, it says my daily rewards would upgrade, that never happened! I reach out to customer service, nothing gets fixed. Their site doesn’t work well and they need to fix that

There games are similar to rest of casinos, but after sinking $50 into games and only winning $20 back I would not rate this casino very worthy of winning any money on it. I started low at .20 cents all the way up to a dollar and at a dollar spin you may would get .80 cent win approximately every 5 spins. Not very good odds at all. But good luck to them but my suggestion would be if you wanna throw money away , then this is the casino for you.

This horrific website clearly targets problem gamblers, with policies like never closing players accounts even upon request, sending out constant emails even after you block their address and take your name off email lists, and overall operating very shadily. Please don't play here, don't give these terrible people any of your hard earned money.

Really bad game good chance you win one good time the cash out then they ban your account for winning and tell you your accounts undergoing suspension for suspicious activity all I did was cash out and they banned my account and still have plenty of money on there I can’t cash out

Not sure why this site gets a bad rap. I have had an excellent experience with quick redemptions (+$6k redeemed). I was a little concerned at first when my first $1.3k redemption was credited back to my account, but customer service was very prompt to explain their redemption policy does not permit withdrawals over $1k at a time. Absolutely no problems after splitting it into two transactions. They have a great variety of games, and a clean UI. Keep it up, BlitzMania!

I had a redemption that was supposed to post to my account it's been over a week and a half and I have talked to customer support just the same answers over and over and no money deposited in my account places a scam All I am right now.....just an update it's now been over 3 weeks and still no payment...same ol answers..none at all. Worse platform ever. Avoid at all cost.

Closed my account after I won over $2000 because someone else used my information to open an accwith them, so it looked like I had 2. I was given no notice or notification that it even existed before they deleted my account. Now I have to brown nose to regain access and it's more likely they won't approve me re-registering... so, yea! They are great! Just make sure you cover ALL your unknown basis before you sign up.
Who knows? Might go and win yourself 2 days worth of casino "exhilaration" ( i.e.; $2000 you were robbed of when you so desperately needed it... way to be a tease/Indian-giver... 😤

1 of the 3 slot websites I will play . This website has been fairly decent to me . Obviously can’t be under impression that you will in every single time you deposit anytime of money .
I will change my 3 out of 5 stars right away once my recent request for $1000 (which is my highest winnings since signing up 2 months ago) is deposited into my bank account.
All other winnings have been $100 and under which was deposited into bank account within 3days .
I am very nervous waiting on my recent redemption request due to reading other reviews with 1 star that are directed at no receiving high $ amount redemption request.

But over all I am satisfied with playing slots on this website and is my first go too when wanting to spend money !
My review again is be changed to 5 STARS + once seeing pending redemption amount come to my bank account !!?!
