I have to say

I have to say , I'm impressed with this social casino winning 1500$ on my first day playing with them!! Just waiting for the redeem and if it goes through smoothly I will be really impressed. I see a lot of negative reviews but this is the second best social casino I've tried yet. That's my second biggest win yet and I desperately need it right now so I'm so grateful. Thank you blitzmania!!

Not a great experience with BlitzMania

I cannot recommend this casino based on my experience. The website is full of bugs, one of which was preventing me from inputting my address details, and thus, purchasing anything. They claim my zip code was "invalid for the selected city" (it is/was not). Support is entirely AI and is of no help besides pushing your issue to a human for later response anyway. When I did get a response to my support claim 2 days later, they referred to me by the wrong name in the email and never addressed my issue. I can't speak as to redemptions, but i would not trust this casino with your money anyway.

Received a offer for a sign up bonus…

Received a offer for a sign up bonus and did not receive the promised bonus and was told because they're system made an error during my verification that they would not honor what was advertised. Then I received an email telling me I was a contest winner and that the prize amount had been credited to my balance and when I sign on wouldn't you know there was no prize credited and when I contacted support they hit me with yet another system error and I won't be receiving any prize winnings. This platform is fraudulent and can not be trusted. I hope people seeing this actually use common sense and stay away from this platform

Less than 1 star

Less than 1 star. Informed by site I was credited $200 and they claimed notification was sent by “system error”. Did not receive any credit and they took no responsibility for the error. Do NOT put your money in this site. Any other would be better option.

I won a raffle then was emailed with oops, sorry

I received an email i won 200 sc in a raffle. I contacted them and was placed in a holding pattern for 30 min before I just closed the chat. Then I received another email saying "oops, it was a mistake. Sorry." No compensation. Mistakes happen sometimes but I think you can expect an email from this casino saying oops it was a mistake every time anyone gets a good payout. Or likely thry won't even respond to the redemption.

If i could give -5 stars

If ibcould give -5 stars, I would absolutely. They sent me an email saying i won 200 free sc, no mention of amy stipulations, and said its was already in my account. I had won some kind of promotion. Of course, when I went to play, feeling pumped as can be, there wasnt jack squat. They claimed it was a mistake and that i wasnt getting it. Im in talks with a law firm just to show them whos boss. They'll pay me that, amd for my attorneys. Whos laughing now blitzmania...

**1-Star Review

**1-Star Review: Congratulations! You're a Winner! Just Kidding.**

Imagine opening an email that proudly announces you've won **1st place** in a raffle. Not only that, but it tells you exactly what you've won: **200 SC + 200,000 BC**. It even goes a step further and states that the prize is **already waiting in your balance**.

Naturally, you log in excited to claim your winnings.

Nothing is there.

At first, I assumed it was a simple delay. Then I contacted support. Instead of receiving a clear answer, I was met with vague scripted responses about a "system error," an "ongoing review," and promises that an email would be sent later. No explanation of what actually happened. No confirmation of whether I won. No acknowledgment of why I received a personalized email claiming I was the first-place winner.

The most frustrating part wasn't even the missing prize—it was the complete lack of transparency.

When I asked whether the problem was the reward itself or the email, support refused to answer directly. When I pointed out that other players were reporting the exact same winner email, support continued repeating the same canned responses about a possible system error.

Eventually, it became clear that multiple people had received the same "Congratulations, you're the big winner!" email.

Let that sink in.

A company sent personalized emails telling players they had won first place in a raffle, specified the exact prize amount, stated the prize was already in their account, and then later claimed it was a mistake.

Mistakes happen. I understand that. What I don't understand is how a company can send out a false winner notification for a substantial prize and then handle the fallout with scripted customer-service responses that avoid answering the most basic questions.

The issue isn't that a technical error occurred.

The issue is that players were given a powerful emotional high—being told they had won a significant prize—only to discover it wasn't true. Then, when they understandably wanted answers, they were met with vague statements and non-answers rather than honesty and accountability.

Had Blitzmania simply said:

> "We made a mistake. The email was sent in error. We're sorry."

I would have been disappointed, but I would have respected the honesty.

Instead, I spent hours trying to determine whether I had actually won, whether the prize was delayed, whether my account was affected, or whether the entire email was invalid. Support appeared either unwilling or unable to provide a straightforward explanation.

For a company operating in a space that depends heavily on player trust, this is a serious problem.

Players should never have to crowdsource answers from Discord because customer support won't provide them.

Players should never be told they won a prize that doesn't exist.

And players should never be left wondering whether a "system error" refers to the raffle, the prize, the email, or the entire promotion.

If your promotions are real, communicate clearly.

If your systems fail, own it.

If you make a mistake, say so.

But don't send people a personalized "YOU WON FIRST PLACE" email and then act surprised when they expect the prize you promised.

Extremely disappointing experience and a textbook example of how not to handle customer trust. ★☆☆☆☆

Not Paying Out *UPDATE: THEY PAID*

I have played a lot of social casinos (see my reviews). Tried out this website because of the sign up bonuses, was initially getting rinsed on Peter and Sons but ended up winning a decent amount on the last slot.

Now I finished by KYC and have submitted a redemption request. I am pretty worried based on other reviews on this website, but I have faith in it. I will absolutely come back and update this review with my experience once the redemption is processed.

Updating my review to a 1 star for now. Attempted to withdraw via ACH, for some reason it failed. Tried to withdraw to my card and the redemption was rejected, no idea where the SC went. It just disappeared. I contacted support and all they said was that they would escalate the concern. Very poor experience so far, just waiting to get my money.

FINAL UPDATE: THEY PAID.

I have literally emailed this site

I have literally emailed this site, i have recorded proof that they never tried to pay! I spoke to my bank. B this is just very sad, that I get a big run around over 75 dollars its so ridiculous! And I get the same response, let me hand this over to a certain team, just way too blow me off and give them more time! So so so pitiful...

They take my coins, refresh my game, and then feed me the same script when I say something about it.

Not only do you not win anything, but I noticed the last two times I've played, after 3 or 4 spins the game resets itself. So you spin, and it just restarts the game over but of course it deducts the money from your play balance. And as if to add insult to injury. It immediately resets your bet to $2 instead of whatever you were playing on. So if you're not paying attention your not betting 20 cents, 40 cents, or 50 cents. You're now betting $2.00. I've played a lot of places. And if you make a purchase and the game restarts, or the game refreshes, it goes back to whatever your last bet was. It may start off higher the very first time the game loads, but as long as you're logged into the game it stays at whatever you've decided to bet at. It doesn't just refresh on its own, and then automatically up your bet every time. So I speak to customer service about it and am told that its been escalated and not to worry. Someone will get back to me. That was 6 days ago. I decided to play yesterday and low and behold, it's still continuing to allow me to spin, then every 3rd of 4th spin refreshes all by itself and takes my money for the spin, I get no outcome at all and then puts my bet back at $2. So I again contact customer service and and not only was in the chat for over 30 mins waiting for someone to respond but I had to start another chat about it and was told the exact same thing verbatim I was told 6 days prior. I just have to wait while its escalated and someone will get back to me via email. Ridiculous. And not to mention, I find it mildly offensive when they use words like "super sized deal" or "prime value pack" for $19.99 you get 20 sc coins. What even is that?! Once you get your sign up offer, that's when and where the super sized deal ends. They don't offer any good deals, no good rewards, you might get .20 for completing a daily task. But no cash back weekly bonus, no rewards bonus worth anything more than a squirrel fart. They'll just take your money from you in small increments while you play by the game resetting every few spins, try and sell you a prime value pack that's not worth anything and isn't a value at all. Which is false advertising and misleading at best, and then take your concerns and "escalate" them to whomever leaving you to have plenty of time to ponder, if they'll mislead you about their coin packages and try to sell you something that worth exactly what you're paying for and try and tell you its deal, and then take your money by refreshing your spins and upping what you wage after it's refreshed, and not making it a priority to respond to you in a timely manner with your concerns about fairness and feeling like your being cheated when you play there, how can I trust a company like that to not only be fair and make sure that you're not being cheated by playing there? If someone or a company shows you, that you can't trust them, dont.
