Disappointed with light function

No big complaints about the company. Simply disappointed in the product. Purchased the lights only to find out you can't hide them from view because the remote won't work unless pointed directly at the front of the lamp. They also reset after shutting them off, so you have to reconfigure the last light setting you had. Customer service was excellent, but I wouldn't have thought to ask the questions that would have addressed the concerns I just noted. And they didn't offer up any info about it. My desire was to light up the woods behind my home, which is entirely decked and fenced in. It's not possible to set the lights outside the fence because the remote then doesn't work. Not unless I have a ladder always available so I can reach over the 8' fence and aim the remote. Every time. But even then I still have to reset the light configuration. None of this makes sense to me and I don't consider it user friendly.

I use Philips Hue lights all around my home, and never have to deal with any of these issues. But they don't have a light like what BlissLights has, so I gave this product a shot. Unfortunately it didn't work out. Again, customer service was excellent, but unfortunately they won't assist with any of the return shipping costs. The box is a little on the heavy side so it's not cheap to return them. The company should find a solution for the shipping costs. Having to pay $50+ in shipping costs on a $120 product is crazy. But I guess it's better than being stuck with $120 lights that really aren't usable in my setting.

First wrong product and then broken product

First I received the wrong product and then after the hassle of returning it I got a broken one, package was undamaged but the motor kept getting stuck and making very unsettling noises.
Also the light behaved very erratically and changing the same settings in the app has different results depending on in who order you do things.

Yeah this was the worst garbage I've ever bought. And to think I longed for years to buy a BlissLight.....never again.

/DO NOT/ purchase products from them.

/DO NOT/ purchase products from this company, either directly, or from amazon.com or any other third-party merchant. It's all garbage quality Chinese dumpster fire trinkets.

More over; after receiving my refund from amazon/merchant for the product, they proceeded to REBILL me for the same product the next day. I have filled formal dispute/chargeback complaints with my bank.

Do NOT waste your money or your time. Absolute garbage.

They used / repaired products as new.

They sell used and repaired products and package them as new. Both products i received from this company had multiple "warranty void if seal broken" stickers stacked on top of each other all "cut" from what appeared to be repairs. The first light did not work, the second light from them purchased in 2018 was dated 2015.

It took a month to finally receive a working light from the original order date, because they refused to replace the light on warranty until my old light was "processed".

defective product

Ordered a green LED Spright on Dec.7 2015, received light Dec. 17 worked until 12-24-15. Contacted the company several times by email and phone with no response from them. Finally contacted the BBB and the company told them they would replace light, here it is May 18, 2016 and this issue is still not resolved. Would never recommend this company.

Terrible Company

Looks like Blisslights sold out to QVC again. This makes their product cheaper that hits the market. I had to deal with their company because of faulty product that did not last 3 weeks. These things do not last and they do not stand behind their stuff. Company was WAY better betore they went all big corporate as I bought product then and after the transition. Signed purchaser of over 10 units.
