My Experience with C2C Lighting Company

Order and Initial Issues
I recently ordered some outdoor lights from C2C Lighting Company (c2clights.com). Upon receiving the product, I noticed that the color was incorrect, prompting me to initiate a return.
Return Process Challenges
The company’s return procedure proved to be frustrating. They require customers to print out a “return form,” fill it out, and then scan and email it back—a process that feels outdated and cumbersome. In addition to this inconvenience, they also impose a “restocking fee.” Overall, their business practices seem reminiscent of the mid-1990s.
Customer Service Experience
After completing the return process and expressing my dissatisfaction with their outdated system, I received a call from a customer service representative. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, the representative referred to me as a “pain in the ass” and a “tough guy.” When I requested his name, he responded, “my name is none of your business,” and abruptly ended the call.
Final Impressions
This experience left me extremely dissatisfied. Not only are their prices very high, but their customer service and return team are, in my opinion, the worst I have encountered. I will never purchase from them again and strongly advise others to beware.

Poor communication

I placed an order 0n 12/10 and after not hearing anything, I emailed them on 12/31. They replied right away and said that the lights would be shipping the following week. After not receiving them, or hearing anything from them, I once again contacted them on 1/22. They said the lights would ship on 1/25. I received the tracking info around 1/27 and finally received the lights on 1/31. I understand a product being backordered, but the lack of communication was very disappointing. I will not be shopping with C2C Lighting in the future.

Do no reccommend

They sent the wrong color lights over a month ago. Even after I sent a picture of two different light boxes, displaying different colors, the rep insured me they were the same colored light bulbs. Just plug them in he said. Well, they weren't right.

Since then, over 2 weeks ago, I still haven't received my order. Customer service is unhelpful and will send you a lazy 4-5 word response if you complain.

Lights arrived in a timely manner.

Lights arrived in a timely manner.
Connected and worked as advertised.
Only comment is the hub needed to control lights has limited range which meant some lights worked and some did not. This is not a fault of MFG/ Distributor but a limit to the system. I found an easy workaround that does not need the hub, uses same light connection, and works with home WiFi much easier and wider reach.

Looks great but RGBW doesn't work.

I received the 29 RGBW spotlights, and they look great. However, I'm having trouble connecting the MiBoxer WiFi controller to the lights in order to change colors and use the full range of features.

So far, I was only able to successfully connect with one light. I reached out for assistance, but was essentially directed back to read the instructions. Unfortunately, I’m still struggling to get the WiFi control working with the full set of spotlights. At this point, I can only operate them in white mode with basic on/off functionality.

Any further guidance or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated.
