Yes I too was sold bra's that are no where near the correct size. Offered £3 compensation. DO NOT
purchase from this company.

Wasted £30 on a pack of 3 bras that were on offer. Went by their size chart and ordered a bigger size in a what they claim is a G cup, turn up and knew they were way to small. More like a C cup not G cup. Asked to send back to be refunded and they refused, instread they offered me £2 off next shop. So AVOID AVOID AVOID. Useless @$$●'s.

still not received my parcel after nearly three months they should not be allowed to advertise on Facebook

In common with many other reviewers, the goods I have received are not fit for purpose. I ordered 4 bras and all 4 are over 4 inches too small and the cup size is also too small. I have exchanged several emails with their 'customer service', all with an unsatisfactory response and will be pursuing this matter through PayPal.

N.B. The UK LE67 1TU return address stated on packaging has closed! I opened a Paypal dispute and was given a full refund immediately by PayPal.

Do t even deserve 1 star it’s a scam company ordered in may artificial flowers they said they delivered 2 womens tops ! Sent me a made up Royal Mail tracking code no such code to track no refund total rip off company !

This company is a complete scam and as they were sent from the UK that's where they should be returned to: Returning Warehouse, Unit G, Cedar Court, Walker Road, Forest Business Park, BardobHill, Coalville, LE67 1TU. They are breaking the law as the Consumer Act says they are obliged to offer a full refund if the goods are unsatisfactory. I feel they should be reported and we shouldake a claim through the small claims court and banned by Facebook.

Having recently bought a stay cool bra from them i can agree with other reviewers AVOID completely, I instantly had doubts when i saw the flimsy material and the cup pads they provided were a triangle 2.5 inches x 2.5 inches, not able to hold anything up.Within a week the netted parts had a hole in them. When contacting customer services they told me i could return them but id have to pay the cost to china which when i checked is expensive, they did not accept returns at their uk premises. The other option was that would refud £2.00 and i keep them and they said sell them to a friend. What a JOKE ! AVOID AVOID AVOID , Scammers im sure.

DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT - Terrible quality, looks nothing like picture, cheap and nasty and doesn’t fit. Wish I had read the reviews as this is a complete waste of money 😡

Don't order their so called wireless bras, absolutely rubbish, the quality was horrendous, no support at all. Cheap & nasty material. I think all the online reviews are fake, saying how wonderful they are is a joke. I contacted them to say how disappointed I am with them & they said I could send back but the cost of postage to China would cost more than what they cost. I thought they were based in the USA, what a scam.

0 stars….. the same as other reviews….. this is a SCAM!!!!! This is not a UK company! I ordered goods in April…. asked for a refund as I have not received anything which they are refusing to do. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THIS IS A SCAM DON’T GET CAUGHT LIKE THE REST OF US!!!!!!!

Should receive minus stars. Ordered 3 bras in my size. Took weeks to arrive from USA. They would not fit anyone except a small child. Horrible Chinese rubbish. Opened a case with Paypal who say the company has offered a refund. Right. I would need to send this rubbish back to China with tracking etc etc. Not worth wasting any more money. AVOID like the plague/

Do not even deserve 1 star! DO NOT ORDER from them . Ordered arterial flowers from them in April, they overcharged my PayPal. Did not say items came from US. Tracking says been at Lincoln uk depot since 24 May in Transit, not received yet. Refusing to refund as ‘they are in transit’ obviously not… and a con! Disgusting! Email support keeps just asking me to be patient… gggrrrr. Will Never buy online again until have checked Trustpilot that’s for sure.

Sooooo disappointed. Why did I not check reviews first. What a waste of money. Quality - rubbish, size - nothing like it should, delivery beyond pathetic!!!!

An absolute scam company. Order never arrives despite numerous emails. Their party piece is “be patient”

If I could award no stars I would. Ordered a two pack of bras and waited weeks for delivery. When they arrived they were about 5” too small! I contacted them and was told that, no way to return to the address shown - they needed to go to an address in CHINA and needed to be tracked and signed at my cost (almost as much as items cost for postage). Instead I could have ‘compensation of £2!!!
I asked why they said it was from USA when they were actually a Chinese firm, only response was they would pass my comments to the appropriate department.
Horrendous customer service.

Ordered flowers on the 6/05/2024 and still not recieved them !! All I get is rubbish tracking updates and still waiting on a reply to email !!

Sizes are not true to size, bra I ordered bra 3xl for UK size 16 they look like starter bras for a very slim teenager, utter rubbish DO Not buy, I would give zero stars if poss

Pack of three bras, ordered according to my size and received something that would barely cover my wheel nuts, waste of money, filed a case with PayPal so hopefully will get refunded.

Bra - I would give 0 stars if I could. Rubbish product. Fake reviews on their website - 100% 5 star. Advertised as bra ie with cup sizes when it arrived cup size is b at best! Ordered 36dd/e received 2xxl - huge band totally loose straps Ne tiny cups so no use whatsoever DO NOT BUY. Can’t return so stuck with rubbish and £20 poorer

Still waiting on flowers since 23rd April now 19th June no corrrspondencec no tracking. Says in Cambridge waiting to be delivered been there a month now I have asked for my money back no reply. This is a scam dont buy from them. Going to contact my bank to advise them .
