Absolute rubbish.
I ordered 4 artificial flower arrangements for hanging baskets in April 2024, they just arrived today, 17 July 2024, and are not what they looked like when ordered. I thought they looked liked they would fill a whole basket each in the picture but it's one stem of flowers each. Really disappointed and the worst £40 I've ever wasted. Highly NOT recommended.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!

Ordered 3 bras in the size I though would fit. I was Very very disappointed - they were not as described on website and they did not fit.

I requested a refund and was refused as they said the items sent were correct according to my order.

They asked if I had tried it on - of course I had! I would not want to give them to my friends or family as they have suggested, I want a refund.

I wish I had read reviews before ordering as would never have wasted £40 buying the bras.

Would never recommend anyone to use this company. I would give zero stars if I had the option!

Doesn’t deserve any stars this is a SCAM stay clear ordered artificial flowers 2and half months later still nothing.
They answer the emails just asking to be patient but still no delivery.
Wish I’d read this first lesson learned.

SCAM!!!! Placed an order for flowers on 1st May 2024. Now at July 15th 2024….still no flowers….plenty of emails saying they are in transit……but TEN WEEKS in transit? I don’t think so. SCAM. I think I’ve lost my £20.

Zero stars. Purchased on 1st May, now 15th July 2024 and still no sign of order. I have asked for a refund but all I receive is that the order is on its way. I am extremely wary of this company and feel that they could be scamming people. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

Like others here, I ordered artificial flowers 3 months ago and have never received them.
I had a very detailed journey of the flowers from the USA to the UK then they arrived in Lincoln and have been sitting there for 2 months (apparently)
Bliss-beaut answers my emails and keeps asking me to wait patiently as delivery can take a while.
Utter rubbish! Total scam!
I’ve just sent my last angry email and I’m letting it go and putting it down to a bad experience because I’m never going to get a refund.
So angry these people get away with stuff like this.
Avoid at all costs.

Scam Scam do not buy from this company...I ordered artificial flowers in April paid £75 never received them just keep getting excuses about courier,weather customs....Stay clear not worth even 1 star.

I ordered artificial petunias in April. Still not arrived ! Keep getting told my order is still in transit ! It’s not acceptable any more and I’m very unhappy with this company !!

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!! Ordered 7 bras in total in the size recommended in their size chart. Very disappointed - they were way too small and the fit was atrocious. They did not lay flat and showed bulges everywhere. Requested a refund and was refused as they said the items sent were correct according to my order. They said I would have to return items to their warehouse in China. Offered compensation of £4, £7 and £11. So annoying that they have not accepted the fact that their size guide is completely wrong. Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Would never recommend anyone to use this company.

Don't really deserve any stars Useless company quality is not fit for purpose. Offered me £2 refund. Absolute joke. Should have read reviews before I ordered it.

Ordered on the 21st April 2024 received after weeks of chasing with pay pal on 4th July 2024, 75 days later only to find the product is a load of rubbish and not worth the money paid. Would not recomend to anyone.

If I could do zero I would. Bra sizes are ridiculously inaccurate. Save your money, it's true you get what you pay for - rubbish

Not true to size, material is cheap.

I placed an order on the 19th April for some artificial flowers, and to date I have not received. I have emailed the company several times, and being told the freight forwarder confirms my order is still in transit. I believe this is a SCAM

I placed an order, and 8 weeks on it still hasn’t arrived. They are refusing to give me a refund and still have not made any attempt to get my goods to me. AVOID this company and keep your money.

After waiting nearly 3 months for an item that tracking said my goods were stuck in Edinburgh I finally got my refund after numerous emails saying wait by sending the following.

You can also make a small claim if you've paid for a service or product you haven't received. You have the right to make a claim up to 6 years after you paid for the service or product . Sometimes you can have rights for longer than 6 years - contact the Citizens Advice consumer service to find out more about this.

I have no problem in proceeding with this. You will not only have to pay for the goods that I paid for and I can clearly prove I have not received them. I have given adequate time for this delivery to be made however it’s been stuck in Edinburgh now for over a month and is there is no way it is going to move. It’s probably lost in the post. I am not going to lose my money to accompany that has such horrendous reviews. This sort of things happens on a regular basis with your company, I wish I’d read the reviews before. However I intend to make an example of your company and take you to court for my goods or my refund and not only will have to pay for my cost and my refund. You will also be paying for my anxiety that you have put me through and the time, but I’ve wasted in contacting you would just stupid replies which you know very well I am not going to get my goods. You won’t even supply me with the career I will forward you a letter giving you seven days to refund my money or I will apply for my money via small claims court. This is my last Warringto. I will not tolerate being met fool or have my heart her money from me by scam companies like yourself that just take peoples money. Have I paid by PayPal? I would’ve had my money back by now but unfortunately I didn’t and a lesson. I won’t forget I will leave this now for seven days and I will then send you a formal letter asking for a refund again if I don’t get a refund or my goods I will then take this to the small claims court along with all the terrible reviews. A company like yours is not fit to be in business I will also be composing to the trading standards.

I ordered 3 bras. Received email giving me link to track but it came up with unsafe site so thought I had been scammed. Then they arrived with postman. Excellent fit, so comfy and wash brill. Also look so much nicer than my underwire bras. Had to order 3 more. Very happy
