Good product, good customer service

Overall, the product is good and easy to listen to. But for me, I just didn't use it enough becuase in my free time, I rather listen to fiction than non-fiction.

Nothing against blinkist! Also, their customer service was great.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam, check out their reviews online of multiple people who got scammed after downloading this app. It took their cc info and charged them after they cancelled.DECEPTIVE PRACTICE - DO NOT DOWNLOAD ON APPLE!!! - Apple will not refund! Multiple people online Said Apple rejected their refund as well even tho you cancelled the subscription already. It will charge you $139.99 for a whole year even tho you hate this app. On top of everything this app is full of grammar mistakes there is zero oversight on this ai trash. Whether you download on Apple or not these people will scam you!!
Especially DO NOT DOWNLOAD At all!! This company deceived me!!

This is the kind of service you wish EVERY vendor provided

Excellent service, very much focused on the customer. I botched a subscription renewal containing a discount. The fix was not evident or easy on my own, So two representatives responded very quickly: one person to help complete the renewal properly, the other to offer a novel solution that activated a one time savings of half-off--a big deal. They were courteous, understanding, helpful, and very much aimed to pleased. I enjoy their product/service and wish I got this excellent response from everyone I buy from. Big thanks to folks at Blinkist.

Unreasonable cost increases without warning

When you least expect it, their hidden auto-renew 500% cost increase arrives without warning. Following polite requests for reasonable cost increases, unfortunaley there is no flexibility, no negotiation and no understanding. Why deal with a company that sneakily tries to fill their coffers? Not for me thank you.
