Rapid shipping, exact fit, with all hardware needed. Blinds look great and function flawlessly. My questions on programing remotes and setup were answered quickly via email.

I loved how many color and style options were available. I was able to match my blinds perfectly to each room's décor. Everything looks cohesive and elegant.

Great product. Easy install. Some issues connecting to an application but thats on me. I am very happy with this product. I want to replace all my shades now.

I received my order in two shipments packed very well, but only one tracking number which resulted in confusion since one came ahead of the other and when using the tracking number it only found the delivered one. Then when I opened my white shades, the top and bottom rails were cream! I contacted the company and was told their default was cream. Then why didn't I get the option on the order form to request white rails, and why did the picture of the white shades have white rails!?! The other color options available also showed white rails, I filled out that order form many times with double checking all my details and then checking again on my order receipt, never were the cream rails mentioned In addition there was no info given on where our how to mount the battery, which is pretty crucial to the operation. My choice of mount was outside and the battery bracket appeared to mount to the back of the upper rail making it protrude at least an inch further than the bracket could extend, which would mean if it did go there the whole blind( blackout) would be off the window 1, inch making it not so black out! I searched the Internet, their site and no where was there a visual of battery placement This is a complete disaster as the cream doesn't go with my aesthetic

Customer service has been of no assistance and said the battery on an outside mount goes on the front. Then they should have showed that or offered a stand out valance to cover that, who wants a 9 inch battery in white, standing out on the cream top rail!! I would have gone with the solar option to mount a smaller panel to the window, but now am left with the ugly battery issue to resolve!

Blind arrived in a very timely fashion. It was easy to install and operate. Looks beautiful open and closed. So much so that we ordered another blind.

Everything is great but the cloth, especially on the motor side seems to be frayed after only a few uses. Also, the motor was on the wrong side on two of them but I'm using solar so not a huge deal.

Had issues from the go as I could not set upper and lower limits with the remote. One blind had to be reset / reprogramed about once a month. Support was sporatic at best and no help ( reset was their only option). After almost a year one of the internal cords broke and the blind quit working altogether. They did offer to replace it for $150 but I would rather not go through this again. Will by something else now.

Installation took 15 minutes thanks to their clear video guide. No more fumbling with cords for my curious cat!

Blinds were good quality and specifications were exact. Response time on questions was less than 12 hours.

These blackout blinds are a sleep-savers! As a nurse working irregular hours, the 100% light-blocking fabric keeps my room pitch-dark even at noon. Love the silent motor -no more waking up my partner. Bonus points for the child-safe design (no dangling chains) and the scratch-resistant fabric!

First off this box was wrapped up so well you would think they were trying to smuggle a kilo of cocaine from Mexico. no way those product will arrive damaged. Next the installation was so easy a caveman could do it. The remote was already programmed for you. The blinds are so sleek and if you want to. e the Jones is on the block everybody is trying to keep up with you need these blinds. The quality is amazing and the price is great. Skip those other high price guys that claimed to have great products. You’ll save so much money and your wallet will be so fat people will think you got a BBL in one butt check until they realize it’s just your fat wallet in your back pocket and you got extra money all the savings on these blinds. They also keep the peeping Tom’s out, which you’re gonna need because you’re pretty much a celebrity now with these new blinds. I’ll be ordering more with my pinky finger up the entire time because ordering these blinds for the definition of class!

Zero customer service. I ordered 5 blinds. One was defective (would not raise/lower evenly). Only 4 batteries shipped. Customer service sent the 5th battery which is different than the other 4 and incompatible with my blinds. They told me over the phone how to "fix" the problem blind, which did not solve the problem. They have stopped answering their phone 855-558-0311 (from their website) and do not reply to my emails. Now a blind that was working correctly does not work once I plugged in the wireless adaptor they provided. I spent over $1,200 on these blinds and at this point am furious with the company.

Shipping was fast and packed well. Had a small issues with one blind and the were very responsive with a solution. Would recommend. Great quality and great company.

I have bought four sets of blinds from BlindsMagic and will buy five more sets. They create the highest value with good quality blinds in the world!
