Overall experience was wonderful
Overall experience was wonderful! The price I paid for my electric fireplace was the lowest I found on the internet. Blazzing Fire let me know when my order shipped (which was pretty quick) and the freight service they use was also top notch. I highly recommend Blazzing Fire if you are looking for a fireplace. They will always be my go-to company.

I had never ordered from Blazzing fire before. When I searched ash caddies on Google for my fireplace, They had the best price. I read the reviews and they were a 4.7 with great reviews. I ordered Monday afternoon and it arrived on Wednesday with FREE SHIPPING. There was a handwritten note inside which was a really customer friendly touch. I will buy anything for the BBQ season, as well as for the fireplace season from Blazzing Fire. You will not be disappointed!

Had an issue but they made it right
Had an issue but they made it right. My first time shopping with them. Item arrived and was wobbly and had some scratches on it. They sent me a new one and didn't even ask me to try to pack up and return the damaged one. It was all taken care of in about a week. I'd shop here again.
