I’ve previously ordered phone cases with Casetify and they because my favourite cases but I recently ordered a new phone and needed a case but couldn’t justify spending the money on more cases again so I had a look round and found these that look the same so I thought I’d give them a try and they are the exact same and same quality for a fraction of the price. By far the best phone cases and best value for money. I did end up having some problems but their customer service is top tier, maybe the best customer service I’ve dealt with so far. They helped me out 3 times over and was very friendly as easy to deal with. I just wish they had more designs to choose from as I’ll definitely be back for more. Highly recommend them

Bad quality phone cases - the designs chip off very easily and the clear cases yellow easily too. This has happened to any phone case I’ve tried from them.
The warranty period only allows you to get store credit, not a refund, and then when you use the store credit it doesn’t allow you to provide any discount codes or deals that they are offering.
Bad quality, and super difficult to deal with. Don’t bother

Ordered two cases with pictures but the other case pictures covered my boy’s head and the magnet holder is not holding properly.

Exceptionally quick delivery considering one of the cases was a personalised design. Both phone cases for my Samsung s26 are amazing quality. I would absolutely recommend and buy from Blanc Space again.

Had three of the magsafe grips, each broke in the same place, where the metal meets the plastic, and customer service told me to dispose of the broken ones (a very normal thing to do, also who keeps broken things when a replacement is sent out) and then requested a photo of "all" broken items in one picture to do anything.... Don't get the magsafe ring it's a waste of money

Awful experience.

Purchased 2 phone cases in the buy one get one free deal. I had to return these which they wouldn’t do a straight swap or give me a refund so I could re-order. Instead, they gave me a code which didn’t work with the buy one get one free deal, so after originally ordering 2 cases, I only ended up with one.

Trying to get hold of anyone working there is an absolute joke. I was talking to a robot and kept being told someone would be in touch with me which took days for a reply, even then they weren’t at all helpful.

Extremely dissatisfied.

Unfortunately I originally ordered the wrong case. I tried to cancel within a couple hours and the AI bot Sophie/Sophia provided a lot of misinformation (e.g. that I can get a full refund to which Aurelia/a person said I cant despite the website saying I could), no phone number at all to call, Aurelia saying Id get a full refund eventually including postage as I had no way to cancel online immediately after which I should have,then once the items were received by blanc space, I got a £2 store credit refund rather than the £35 I paid. Useless customer service. I wish I never used them. Now ive spent about 70 just on two lots of cases including the incorrect size case which ai sent back but got basically nothing returned for it, citing it was reduced that much for shipping and insurance charges to return despite Aurelia saying I wouldnt pay return postage. Awful. Be very careful
