I first ordered a Zulus v2 it was a good service fast delivery so I ordered a hic micro 4k the service was not so good second time round slow delivery and the sight is faulty I contacted them and was told to contact main importer? Not a good service. I will not be buying from them again.

I knew what product I wanted a Hikmicro HH35L heat image binocular and Blackwood outdoors were offering it at the lowest price in stock ready for immediate delivery. I placed my order and it arrived two days later . It’s absolutely brilliant and I am very happy I chose Blackwood Outdoors for my purchase .

Ordered Sunday evening, delivered Tuesday before 11am. It was delivered well packaged - double boxed with flopack. Couldn't ask for a better service. Thank you.

No communication at all from them whatsoever had to make a claim through PayPal !! Beware

Ordered night vision camera,quick delivery,
good product but found awkward and painful to use, owing to my arthritic hands and fingers.Informed Blackwood Ltd, said they were on holiday, they suggested a different product and sort when they got back. Brilliant service , I sent first camera back , couple of days got new one,so pleased with design and controls . Also received a refund, the difference between the two products. Great service, no faults ,

Fantastic service from Blackwood Outdoors. I ordered 5 boxes of Zan slugs in preparation for getting a slug barrel for my BRK Ghost and received them in less than 24hrs, superbly packaged.
