I wanted a high quality gaming chair and did quite a lot of research.
I ended up going with the Blacklyte Athena Pro as I liked their easy to use website and their pricing, with a fair shipping price and a good sale at the time.
I am very happy with delivery time, it was at my door 2 days after purchase.
The set up was fairly easy, I didn't require any help from anyone else to put it all together.
I am very happy with the quality of the chair, it is very comfortable, has a good amount of adjustments and I really like the comfort of the base and the magnetic pillow.
I am 178cm tall and 110kgs, I have no issues with fitting in this chair.
Would definitely recommend this chair.

The Blacklyte Athena Pro exceeded my expectations. It’s very comfortable, feels premium, and provides great support during long gaming or work sessions. The build quality is excellent and assembly was straightforward. Overall, a high-quality chair that’s definitely worth the price.

i had earlier version of athena (Athena X) and sadly piston were faulty but rma group werereally nice and offered many options to get chair fixed and now waiting for new chair i highly recommend this company for their geeat service and quality of product.

Blacklyte is responsive and went all out to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Excellent customer service. I broke one of the armrests after assembly so emailed Blacklyte to get a replacement armrest, expecting to pay for what I'd done.
They asked me to send pictures, so I did. They sent me a replacement armrest for free. Outstanding service. I will only buy Blacklyte.

Purchased a leatherette athena pro chair from blacklyte, which I find to be very comfortable after customizing the settings. I rarely adjust the height of the chair or settings other than the recline - I did so once when I built the chair.

One month in to use, I went to adjust the height and noticed the height adjustment lever wasn't working. Contacted blacklyte support - after sending a video of the issue and just two or three emails with a ~12 hour response time per email, they offered to send me a replacement chair.

10/10 would recommend. Good chair, good customer service.

Had a great experience ordering and receiving my chair from Blacklyte. Had a tiny issue upon receiving my chair, which they immediately resolved. Chair is totally worth the money, the build quality, ease of assembly and comfort are worth more than the asking price! Would purchase from them again in the future.

Purchased the athena pro after much research and reading the positive reviews.
Quality product, impressive construction, packaging and design, I would give 5 stars but unfortunately the chair back is very firm so not as comfortable as expected, hopefully this may improve over time or will need to add a cushion! Slightly disappointing having paid more than I wanted to.
Updated to 4 stars, having received good customer service and a goodwill gesture.

Bought the Athena Pro Gaming chair back in late november, at first there was a few issues with the delivery but they quickly reshipped another chair which turned up a couple days later, super helpful, i have received fast helpful responses always been polite and helped the best they could, the chair itself I really enjoy the sturdiness of it is brilliant, granted there are a few things that could be worked on such as the arm rests slightly move when locked in place, but this could be due to being able to angle them differently, overall I have been extremely happy with my purchase and the support from blacklyte revolving around any issues I had. Highly recommend

So far love the chair I wish I got fabric instead of leather because I run hot but other then that the chair is awesome I had a slight problem with setup but support was awesome and are helping with the issue,

I had a cheap chair so I decided to upgrade, not finding anything comfortable after doing the rounds of the local shops, I looked at the online reviews and decided on a Blacklyte.
It was a lot more than I wanted to pay but my wife always says you get what you pay for, it was on sale at the time so following her advice I placed an order.

Once it arrived and I opened the box, I was immediately impressed, everything says quality, from the packing, the construction, the size of the bolts, the upholstery, the stitching, everything is very nicely made.

Then came the time to sit in it for the first time, wow this thing is hard.
I'm a bit older now and I might not have as much padding around the back but this is the firmest chair I've ever used.

So I sit here in the most expensive, best quality chair I've ever had, with a numb bum, wondering if it will soften up or I need to get a cushion.
I give it 5 stars for quality and 1 star for comfort, so 3 stars
Update: Blacklyte provided a special solution which works for me so I'll update my overall rating to 4 stars.

I bought the Blacklyte Athena Pro Gaming Chair as a gift and the box arrived damaged; however, when I contacted customer service, I was met with an immediate, accommodating, and friendly response. Their team was very communicative and prompt, which I think is often hard to come by. The chair itself looks amazing and high quality, carefully packaged on the inside. I was issued a partial refund due to the outer condition of the box. I’m excited to gift this product and put it together!

Bought the Athena Pro chair and everything seems to be great so far. The chair seems nice and solid, the Blacklyte support clarified all my pre-purchase concerns without any delay. For now I can definitely recommend.

Despite an initial issue, I can assure you this is the best brand of chairs available. The quality is amazing and the customer service is even more impressive. I have never experienced anything like it; they respond almost immediately with fast, effective solutions and show genuine care for both the customer and the product. It is truly refreshing. I have no doubt this brand will become very successful, and I will be purchasing all my future chairs here.

Excellent selection of product, which came quickly with ZERO damage-not to the chair or the box itself. Easily able to put it together, and incredibly comfortable. Very durable materials used. Excited for many years of butt time in this chair.
