False promise and misleading information

In my case they haven't informed all the montly charges ,they haven't disclosed the fixed additional charge of 800 sek per month. When I highlighted this before the final agreement agent first mentioned that the owners have not disclosed it.
While we had a open discussion while final transfer the seller has mentioned that all the details were handedover to the agent.
Agent didn't detained the fact but promised that he will come back with compensation.

Till now it has been more than 6months despite multiple mails he didn't even reply back to mail.

In October agent messaged me on my phone as below.

"Hi, apologies for the delayed response. Since you have been persistently calling, I haven't been able to address your emails as I feel you are putting words in my mouth. I will explain how the process works when purchasing an apartment in Sweden, as there are some basics you need to understand. I'll also discuss the compensation matter. What time suits you for a call this evening? I will be consulting my lawyers, as your constant calls and demands for compensation are becoming personal. If this continues, I will take legal action for harassment. Please also note that you bought the apartment from your friends/co-workers, not directly from me. Let me know what time works best for a call."

It is so disappointing, stressful and untrustworthy.

So, my advice is to be really careful when buying from Bjurfors. Some hidden costs could chase for a while without any support from the agency.

You, as a customer, exist only until the deal is done. That means that if something goes wrong, you have to deal with it on your own. This is the very first time I have encountered such unprofessional treatment. In our case, the property’s previous owner refused to hand over all the keys from the property after the deal. The only advice from Bjurfors’ senior partner was to hire a lawyer and deal with it.

So, my advice is to be really careful when buying from Bjurfors. Some hidden costs could chase for a while without any support from the agency.

The bidding process is unfair and dubious

The bidding process is unfair and dubious. If you are selling your home you should go with another company. Because sometimes they did not inform the owner about the next bid. There are many other trustworthy companies in Sweden chose the other. Otherwise, you will lose money.

Why shouldn't you sell your house or apartment in Bjurfors and choose other companies?

The short answer is the bidding process is unfair and dubious as I said. They do not inform the owner about the next bid. To complete sales quickly and make more money for themselves. They're getting around 2% from sales, and it is more profitable for them to end bidding quickly instead of increasing the bid and waiting one more day. To keep bidding one more day will cost more for them. And they push the owner to sell, and they end the bidding before the actual time. In the end, you as an Owner sell the house cheaper.

Of course, not all people will face the same problem, but what if you are not the lucky one? In my case, the owner lost up to the 100.000 SEK.

If someone needs to hear the whole story, just contact me. I can share both bidder and owner experiences and you can listen to us and see the proof, The bidding messages, and any other details.
I believe that buying a house or selling it is a big thing. And I always like to support the community and protect consumers. That is why I wanted to share my experiences.
In the meantime, I talked to all brokers and managers. And They still defend their mistakes. Now I am preparing the papers to go to court.
No need to face irrelevant dramas with this company. Go and choose other

And when the customer support or managers talk to you. The only thing they say is we're sorry.

We had a great experience in…

We had a great experience in Kristianstad Bjurfors. Nothing but great help with any questions even if it was silly or not important one we always were answered. It is kind of strange to see only bad reviews when we were as a foreign couple only speaking English as well treated nice and been always informed with every detail of the whole process. One more time great and just good words.
