Shoes were excellent and have purchased a few Laura’s, in the past, so no issues with product quality.

However, in this day and age, i was not expecting to have to wait c2 weeks for delivery. They were bought for a holiday and only arrived the day before departure.

I have very painful feet and these are a godsend when I need them… I have two colours white and black easy to order, quick to arrive and reasonable price

Don't bother wasting your money on these cheap sliders. I have a better pair I bought from Primark which were a fraction of the price! The Cloud sliders I received were not the same as the ones I ordered and were also a different colour. I also waited an age for them to be delivered so if you are looking for a quick deliver buy elsewhere.

I like the slider but do find it quite deep and there is quite a gap above my foot. Am hoping this won’t be so noticeable when my feet are hot ! Length wise I needed an 8 so that is fine.

Great sliders have several pairs in different colours, even slippers. Very comfortable

I would just like to take a moment to praise your excellent customer service. I had to return a pair of sliders, just because I needed to change the size. Your team were nothing but helpful. I was updated regularly. It was very easy to send back (totally free of charge) and my replacement was sent with no extra charge. Excellent service….. oh and I love my comfy sliders. This was in June 2025. Not sure of exact date.

Recently bought the Bjorgk flip-flops for my daughter and she hasn't stopped talking about them , such as , how comfortable, and supportive they are , and she doesn't want to take them off , do definitely thumbs up for Bjorgk foot ware..

I ordered a pair of flip-flops from this website over two weeks ago and I still have no dispatch or tracking for my order.

These idiots are still happy to flood my inbox with offers for more stuff to sell me, but can’t even be bothered to dispatch me what I’ve already paid for 14 days ago. I’m exploring options how to get my money back and file a formal complaint against this company with the relevant bodies who regulate them.

This is nothing short of fraud, taking my money and never sending the item.

I’ve checked the order number that they gave me with the tracking on their website and it doesn’t even show my order as existing.

Please be extremely cautious when purchasing anything here, this doesn’t feel like a professional business and seems like a questionable business frankly.

Great sliders, very comfortable and lots of colours to choose from. Took longer than I was expecting to arrive.

£9.95 to return a £21 product. Don't buy from them unless you're sure it'll fit. Mine don't.

Great sliders I have almost in every colour for myself and my teen daughters . They are lovely and some reviews suggest they are cheap, my oldest pair is two years old and still plenty of life in them. Extremely comfortable for my hard working feet , I take them on holidays too. I ordered pale pink clogs this time for my work as I’m a beauty therapist let’s see how they last . Delivery sometimes can be longer than expected, if needed for beach holidays order in advance .

This is my second order and I just love these sliders. They are so comfortable and are great if you have a wide foot too. No problem with delivery.

Their website says despatch time is 2-4 days. Took 13 days for my order to be despatched. The customer service when I chased the order was appalling with generic emails ignoring what I asked and not offering any explanation or update. I asked to cancel the order before it was despatched as it was taking so long with no updates. This request was ignored. The shoes eventually arrived and although soft and comfortable to start with, they became flat and uncomfortable quickly. So disappointed with the product and the service.

I suffer from a lot of foot pain due to arthritis, and these sliders and sandals are wonderfully comfortable. I wear them for walking the dogs in dry weather conditions. Shame they don’t make a closed in shoe for wearing when it’s wet. The footwear is like walking on a cloud, lightweight and easy to clean. My only complaint is that they’re rather wide-fitting.

I recommended these sliders to my sister, she has fibromyalgia and one of her symptoms is painful feet. I have a pair and find them very comfortable. Unfortunately, they were too wide for her and I had to return them, the return process could have been easier as with many online purchases. But after 2 emails with fairly prompt replies I returned them for a refund minus postage.

Mixed reviews to be honest. I have ordered sliders twice before and although the order experience is good i have to say Unfortunately I am not overly thrilled with this order. Sliders are great!! Flip flops not so great. Most definitely not worth the £25 price. The finished product that was sent to me was ragged round edges and of not great quality. Shame really.

Ordered 3pairs one came but I refused delivery as packaged was opened contact them an they apologised and sent a further 2 pairs but when they arrived there was no logo on them an not as soft as the black pair that arrived via evri an had been rebaged, so have mixed feelings on the company,
