I bought a fantastic travel crib ‘The Pod’, at Manchester baby show for my daughter. It’s a great design, easy to carry, easy to put up and looks nice too. Unfortunately when I went to put it together there was a fault with it. I contacted Bizzi Gowin and they could not have been more responsive and easy to deal with. When I explained the fault via email, they sent me a returns label to post my Pod back, saying they would replace it. However the Pod arrived the very next day without them even receiving the return first. I would highly rate this company for customer care, great products too.
I brought the zebra baby carrier the other day for my newborn and oh my days I used it for the first time yesterday and wow it’s absolutely beautiful, in every way!! It is worth every single penny, it’s unbelievably comfy, the quality is perfect!! so easy to put together, the material is outstanding. I have no bad words to say about this baby carrier it’s out of this world!! It’s amazing as well because you can use it on your baby till they’re approximately 3!!! I can’t wait for the matching baby changing bag to arrive🥰 what an absolute beautiful company I highly highly recommend. I didn’t want to take my baby out of it!!

Ordered a baby carrier last week which I believe were on back order. I emailed and asked could they give an approx delivery date as I wanted to use it for our holiday in two weeks time. They replied and advised as soon as it arrives at their warehouse they would let me know and advised of timescales. They then sent it out as next day delivery. The carrier itself is lovely, so far we are having much more success with this type of carrier over my BabyBjorn one. The fabric is good quality and feels very sturdy. I really like the fact it’s not as bulky as some other carriers I’ve seen.

I won a Bizzi Growin Buggi Lite Stroller from Bizzi Growin and whilst I wouldn’t usually leave a negative review from something that was free I feel people need to be made aware.
In less that a year I was having problem when pushing it was folding down as if you was putting the pram down. I’d only used it a handful of times.
This is dangerous and was told it wasn’t a common problem ( a fault in the
Folding joint ) I contacted in February, 3 times and finally got a response ( the customer service is shocking) and was told they would be receiving chassis stock in April and I’d get sent a replacement because of the fault.
Waited till April to contact and was told delivery would be May. I had a response yesterday saying I would have to pay for a replacement chassis which was not agreed or stated in any emails prior to contacting them and not sure why when the product they sent me was faulty.
I am really disappointed and feel parents need to be aware that this a fault that can occur. It is very dangerous and I wouldn’t recommend the pram as it broke in less than a year. Having 5 children I’ve never ever had a pram break let alone in under a year.
The only good thing about the pram is the pattern of the hummingbird but to save you time and money I wouldn’t recommend buying one.

What excellent customer service this company has, as well as gorgeous products! I ordered a baby carrier a few weeks ago, and sadly one of the poppers came away from the fabric after a few uses. I sent them a message on Instagram, got a very speedy reply, and within a few days I’d received a replacement carrier. I absolutely love my carrier and am so impressed with the customer service. Never known a company to go above and beyond like bizzigrowin. The service I received from Cathy has been incredible ! I have a 3 year old autistic son and their compact stroller is the perfect addition for our abroad get away when wanting to travel light. Would highly recommend 😊
I raised a valid issue with some marketing images regarding carriers on Facebook.
Only to have my comments deleted and blocked, as now I can’t even access the Facebook page for the company. I can see someone else has written a similar review on here and experienced the same treatment.
I think they show poor company ethics if instead of politely being reassuring (which they could easily do!) they offer a passive aggressive reply, then delete the comments and block prospective buyers?! Whoever is in the PR/marketing department has got it VERY wrong.
EVERY company gets questions and concerns raised about products (especially to do with babies), parents/ prospective customers have a right to say “hey, is this safe for my baby?” And many companies have better responses than the overly defensive response from Bizzi Growin…
Website didn’t state that the product would have a one month wait time/preorder, so I happily ordered. then when I chased up my order after hearing nothing for almost a week I was told that it did state this (it definitely didn’t), with no apology. No order confirmations or emails stated that the product was on preorder either. Service and communication should have been better for the price.
I ordered the Nomad carrier and Lilli changing bag from Bizzi Growin and am really impressed. The quality is excellent, and they look fab, I've had loads of compliments. The customer service is also excellent. I was a bit confused about how to fit my newborn in the carrier (probably because in my newborn haze I couldn't find the instructions that came with it) so I sent Becky an email to ask for some tips and she responded so quickly with a guide and video to help, and it really did help. Would highly recommend Bizzi Growin.
I absolutely love this carrier, it’s honestly a life saver. I have a few other types, carriers and wraps but this one is definitely my favourite.
I have my hands full with two under two, so with an almost toddler in tow, it’s embarrassing how much I rely on baby wearing to get through my days.
This carrier really does offer it all, and I have received a lot of compliments on it too.
Also, their communication is great and are very helpful.

Loved I could purchase this on Klarna pay in 3 to help with the cost. In saying that it is great quality so worth it as I was looking at purchasing a more popular brand of similar design that was 3 times the price!!!
I struggled to get my newborn to fit in it so messaged the instagram page looking guidance and they replied to me straightaway with a video demoing how to make its smaller for my newborn.
So in saying all that I would definitely not hesitate to recommend.

The team cancelled my order without even consulting me as i was having a conversation with them via email . Also the customer service was very poor. Also they hesitated to give me the discount they gave at the beginning for the order they cancelled. The product quality was not as what I expected, the fabric is stretched at the maximum at the sides . Very unhappy with the quality

Lovely well made items that arrived quickly. Both beautiful and functional. I ordered a carrier and a bag, both are really lovely items.
The carrier looks lovely and the fabric is great quality… BUT the cross over back straps and buckles are very flimsy and cheap feeling and looking. I find it extremely hard to tighten the straps enough so that my baby is tight enough to me and he ends up leaning forward with a gap in between us, the waist strap however is secure. It is very hard to tighten the side straps so baby cannot keep slipping their arms out when forward facing. I also find it very hard to put on by myself and the fabric at the bottom is too wide for him to comfortably separate his legs. Overall - definitely style over substance unfortunately.
Couldn’t rave about this carrier enough, I have a 2 year old little boy and wanted a pretty looking comfy carrier which didn’t hurt my back, this exceeded all my expectations and the fact it looks so stunning on just makes it 10X better 😍
