I am only a single, personal user and after trying several password managers along the years, I started using Bitwarden for no more experiences. I am entirely pleased with this App and searching for any other similar App will just be a waist of time.
Moreover, every time I needed customer support, I was quickly answered and clarified.

Bitwarden is both lean and mean (especially compared to LastPass! It supports every conceivable feature on both Chrome, Windows desktop and Android (probably also on Apple). Quick and easy to search. The Windows DT app is always a click away. I've been using it for years, and will continue to do so.

This secure cross-platform vault works on all my devices (iPhone, iPad, Windows, Mac and Linux) flawlessly. Storing passwords and now Pass Keys, and secure notes, it is has now replaced all my other sources and slowly reducing my need for the YubiKey on my keyring (though I won't retire that entirely). Highly recommended.

A good product to keep track of passwords and changes. The paid version also provides for real time authenticator usage as well.

The OTP is well integrated in to the password manager, using it in a single application and managing it together with an account is very simple and works great.

Support is really, really great. Against the incredibly modest price they ask for premium, it's a steal. Easily 5 stars if it wasn't for a 3-months lingering bug in the desktop client where it's unclear whether your password is actually saved,with risk of an account lockout (not bitwarden lockout. See github issue 12022 for both problems).

I love Bitwarden, have used it for over 5 years, and definitely recommend it. The app and browser are both easy to use. I appreciate that I can generate passwords easily and that I can share Collection items with family members. It is such a lifesaver.

Rapid response to complaint regarding login failure that prevented access to personal vault. Specific instructions received with resolution of issue. Remarkably little delay in email communication.

Nah. I thought they were great at first but they have quickly proven to be the opposite somehow being less functional than googles default password manager. It doesn't save anything automatically requires some long login process each time and manually searching entries and literally copying and pasting the damn password.
I wish that were all of its issues but its far worse.

STOP! This is the review you came here for. I have tried every free and paid password manager on the market, and Bitwarden is the best by a country mile. Zero knowledge and extrely secure, fast, clean, no bloat, built-in authenticator, so east to use, the most wonderful customer support. Its also a guve-away at the price, the value for your money is unprecedented. I renew my subscription with a smile and thank the Univese Bitwarden exists.

We use Bitwarden on our computers and phones. I like it is browser-independent and has password generator, OTP, secure notes and shareable files even in the free version. But I pay for it, it is quite cheap

I've been using BitWarden as my password manager and two-factor authentication service for over 3 years, and it has been consistently high quality across various devices. Each time I've had some issue with my account, usually billing due to an inactivate payment method, support has been fast and effective. Reasonably priced, and free services are at the same level of quality.

Bitwarden in an excellent service, priced just right and super useful. Packed with a lot of features that protect your passwords, facilitate your logins and give you a peace of mind it's a companion that you'd never want to leave on the bench. To add to the excellent service they have an excellent customer support staff which will help and be with you along the way if you ever have any trouble.

Coming from another (quite expensive) password manager, I'm really glad I've found Bitwarden! Smooth, with nice UI and functionality that comes for free without any sacrifice in terms of quality and efficiency. Open source and trusted app, it will definitely have my support for a long time to come. Update: I have now bought Premium, for 10$/year. If only to support the developers for their great work. Furthermore, great and fast support from the BW staff.

Been using Bitwarden for some years now. Awesome project and pretty reliable for my part and the two times I've interacted with customer support felt like a breeze. You should support them.

I reached out to Bitwarden Support for a feature that wasn't in the program. The support was prompt, proficient, detailed and actually gave me candid answers to my questions. They didn't waste my time by asking me to repeat steps I'd already tried. I'm really impressed, genuinely the best customer service interaction I've ever had.

I have been a paying Bitwarden user for many years now. Never had any problems and have never regretted paying for the service.
I have tried others, but went with Bitwarden mainly for it being FOSS, but still providing a sensibly priced premium product.
