Steve works closely with us to source books on a wide variety historical & local subjects to ensure the Norfolk Museums Service visitor always has something relevant, fresh & informative, even succeeding with the most obscure requests!

Excellent communication, the book i purchased arrived on time.
I ordered 2 books by mistake, I contacted Bittern Books and they arranged for the book to be picked up (luckily their business is nearby) and quickly refunded the payment.
This was all done very easily and very quickly. Excellent customer service.
