Their customer service is by far the worse I have encountered my whole life. Not only do they take for ever and half to pay you out. They do not stand by their word when they are promoting something. Update.. long story short. I thought that I had a balance of $175 in which I attempted to redeem at that time the bit of gold took all but $16 because they accidentally deposited $100 at that time I had a balance of 94 but they won't give me credit for the 94 instead they took it all except for what I deposited plus $3

Horrible service I was told by another representative I would get my bonus and it never happened. I screenshot a picture of the conversation with prior rep and then this rep just ended the conversation. I asked my account be deleted and that’s how they responded. I am having this transcript as well as many many others being looked over by an attorney already and your casino is in some serious troubling times.
