tried to deposit this morning but when the money never hit my account I chatted with the live support first on the website he did absolutely nothing about it was like pulling teeth just to get the live agent i was talking with to even message me back, finally I emailed the bitofgold support team and received an email back instantly about how they're going to "investigate" it and get back with me as soon as possible. HOURS later and still nothing so I sent another email, and now hours later I've still heard nothing back from them. be careful everybody.

If I could give negative stars i definitely would! I was sent an email claiming that I received a 200% bonus on next deposit so I deposited 20$ to find out they only credited me with 23$ and the agent then said it was random and it was part of the excitement of not knowing what you’ll get?! Definitely a bunch of false advertising with the emails that are sent to you. They tell you one thing. Then you ask support about the bonus that the email said you would receive. And it’s a totally different story. And are told sorry for the misunderstanding. What do you mean. The misunderstanding is on your end cause the emails says I am to receive this. Only to not get a reply back at all from their support. Which I find extremely rude. This is what the email stated. Now how would anyone interpret this. This is wrong to mislead players in this way.

WARNING SCAM WILL NOT PAYOUT!!! Will make every excuse as to why your verification got denied. Had to verify with my ID and livenesscheck 5 times. For the longest, there’s been an android download. They show no signs to be in the works of an iPhone download, which would make navigating through everything that much easier. I like the online customer service when I have issues with the gaming.
