They dont let me cash out on bonus after I deposited this week and says it doesn't count ...so what's good is the bonus..and someone's said they cahhout on vegas x bonus .that makes me wonder if he lying. Or they doing me dirty.

Ok now dont get me wronv here i freaking love playing here but what i hate more than anything is how long you have to wait to recive your winnings i mean come on it should not take 10 hours to process a withdraw that is just not right and something needs to be done about it

I don't advice anyone playing or sending money with these pieces of shit. I sent a debit card deposit almost 3 days ago and they claimed to be having technical issues as to why they couldn't load it right then even after I provided them with the receipt proving I paid them their money. I was told they created a ticket and I had to wait with no timeframe and now the sorry POS has me blocked from messaging them they still haven't added my money nor have they sent me a refund... I'll be contacting my bank today I'll get my money back one way or the orher

Withdrawal Request was on hold for over 6 hours. Said they were going over the game logs, yet when my game was hacked they said they would not be able to see what had happened to the money on my account. I have played on this site for a couple years and if you win a larger amount of money it often ends the same way…,delay after delay!! The same generic answers are given over and over. I don’t recommend using this site it’s unpredictable and not concerned with how long you have to wait for your deposit to be added to your platform and you really have no idea how long it might take or if you will get your winnings!

I sent $30 worth of Ethereum. Nowpayments.io confirmed they received the payment, as did the blockchain transaction tracker I use. They created a helpdesk ticket but seemingly as a means to try to stop me from messaging support since now they say they can't do anything until the ticket is resolved. No matter how many times I send them proof, they claim they haven't receive my deposit even 15 hours later. So they stole my deposit.

So, I had reached an amount while playing with this platform after depositing 10 dollars into my vegasx account...I'd say around about maybe 80 to 90 dollars I had won. The bonus they applied to my deposit brought my starting balance to 50 dollars. Now when I tried to cash out I tried to get the whole amount I had accumulated, and what my chargeable balance showed. They declined my withdrawal. They said I couldn't withdraw more than 50 dollars...but immediately proceeded to saying, if you reach 7x your deposit amount you will receive the entire amount in incraments of 50 dollars a day. So I agreed and reached the goal to receive the full amount. They sent me 50 dollars right then. The next day when I put in my withdrawal request they went against everything they said prior to, and said to me..if you receive your (NEXT INCREMENT TOWARDS THE ENTIRE BALANCE!!) 50 DOLLAR INCREMENT, WE WILL TAKE THE REMAINDER OF YOUR BALANCE AND NULLIFY IT...OR...YOU CAN WAIT 24 MORE Hours AND RECEIVE THE FULL CHARGEABLE BALANCE, WHICH IS ONLY 100 DOLLARS NOW...$125 IS LEFT ("AFTER") THEM TAKING 50 DOLLARS AND SENDING IT TO ME in the first withdrawal of 4. WHAT I WAS MADE TO BELIEVE AND WAS TOLD THE Process OF RECEIVING the entire balance would be, which WOULD BE in INCREMENTS OF $50 3 times, and 1 payment of 25. TOWARDS RECEIVING THE ENTIRE 175 DOLLAR balance, AS WAS SAID...COMPLETELY DISREGARDING MY INTELLIGENCE, MY PATIENCE AND MY TIME!! Now they still haven't cashed me out and it's been two days just to get the entire 100 and then still finding a way to take 25 dollars from the entire winnings.. Their chat won't pop up anymore do I can't contact them and they haven't responded to me once after feeding me all the above foolishness just to find a way to still deduct from my winnings, and going back on their word.
