I had a couple of questions about my account and reached out to BitMarkets' customer support. While it took a bit longer than I expected to get a response, the support team was knowledgeable and resolved my issues efficiently. They offer multiple channels of communication, which is a plus. If they can improve response times, I'd definitely rate them five stars!

I bought 5 k of REEF coin last thursday (19/09/2024) and since then i can’t trade or withdraw my REEF. I told them about this problem, no solution, they said that we will “check”. You can’t block somebody’s money or coins for no reason for so many days. Why do you call yourself “exchange “ ???.
