The Site the simplicity and smooth execution, but they should add more altcoin and DeFi tokens. Right now, I mostly trade BTC, ETH, and a few others. Overall, no major issues - deposits are quick and I trust cold storage setup.

The mobile app is convenient, but I find it a bit slow when switching between tabs. Desktop version runs much better. Support was responsive when I reported it though. I like the multilingual feature - hindi and english both work fine.

I withdrew funds to my bank via SEPA and it took longer than expected. The support team replied after almost a day. Platform is okay for crypto-to-crypto trades but not great for fast fait transfers.

I reached out to support twice regarding a delayed dwposit and both times got very generic replies. It eventually got fixed, but it took a bit too long for comfort. The platform isn’t bad overall, just needs better responsiveness for support tickets.

Bitmarkets looks professional, but during peak hours, spreads on smaller coins get wider than expected. It's fine for BTC and ETH, though. I also think their BTMT token needs more use cases inside the platform. Would love to see some staking or rewards for holding it.

My verification took almost 4 days which felt long compared to other exchanges. Once approved, trading was smooth and fees were low, but the sign up delay left me less impressed.

Depositing with SEPA worked well, but withdrawong EUR took longer and cost more than i expected. support explaibed the complianve checks but it still selt slow. crypto withdarwals were fine though so i stick to those

BITmarkets covers the basics well trading deposits and withdrawals. But i miss features like staking for more coins or built in advanced alerts. Its okay for standard use but does not stand out compared to the biggest exchanges.

It does the basic well - spot trading and security are fine. But compared to other exchanges, there aren't many extra tools like copy trading or advanced alerts. Works if you only need simple trading

I was hoping for a bigger list of niche coins, Bitmarkets focuses more on major assets. It works fine for Bitcoin and ethereum traders, but if you are chasing meme coins, you will be disappointed.

I have earned from referrals, which is great, but the dashboard to track performance is a bit too basic. I did like to see more details about who's trading and how much I have earned in real time.

I like the platform's stability, but as someone who trades new altcoins weekly, Bitmarkets' listings can feel slow. Great for top coins, but not for trend-chasing traders like me.
