Bitlab @Zihulo has broken my heart…

Bitlab @Zihulo has broken my heart several times. They don't deserve anybody's time at all. I have successfully completed Bitlab survey in Timebucks, Metropinion, Golden survey only to get screenout in the end instead of rewards or compensation. How I wish I will know which survey is Bitlabs before clicking on it.

I’ve had a really disappointing…

I’ve had a really disappointing experience with BitLab. The platform keeps marking my answers as wrong, even when I’m confident they are correct. The questions often seem unclear, ambiguous, or poorly worded, which makes it difficult to know what the “right” answer even is. It feels like the system isn’t designed to fairly evaluate responses but rather to confuse users and make them fail.

On top of that, the interface is not user-friendly. It’s clunky, slow, and sometimes glitches out, which adds to the frustration. Customer support is either hard to reach or unhelpful when you do manage to contact them. There’s no clear guidance or explanation when answers are marked wrong, so it’s impossible to learn or improve.

Overall, BitLab feels like a rushed, low-quality product that doesn’t care about the user experience. If you want a survey or quiz platform that is reliable, clear, and fair, BitLab is definitely not it. It wastes your time and leaves you feeling stressed and annoyed. They desperately need to overhaul their question design, fix bugs, and improve customer support. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend BitLab to anyone.

How I wish I can give 0 star

How I wish I can give 0 star, Bitlabs don't deserve a star at all. I completed surveys several times, even this morning on TIMEBUCKS, Bitlabs will never pay. Pls avoid them at all cost. Their games, surveys and offers on various platforms are mere avenue to defraud and cheat people.

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. This is the absolute worst survey site around. Going through MyPoints after completing a survey no matter if its short or long never credit you the points. They wait until you hit finish on survey (100% through the survey) and then just don't credit you or say you don't qualify and give you 1 point (if that). Scam survey site

If there is a chance I don't want to support and encourage.

If there is a chance I don't want to give that star too.

They send early screen out messages at the end of the surveys after they killing the time of people.

If the person is screened out for that survey, you should be more promotable what exactly you are looking to go ahead for that survey. The actual time of surveys never matched with the time displayed before proceeding to that.

Literally my time sucks.

A Part of the Caste System

This surveying app specifically excludes a host of folks. With only two options fe/male, not even a "prefer not to say" (i.e., until way down the line). The participant is asked multiple times for their age, race, occupation, and wages. Once the third round of the same questions are repeated the participant will be disqualified from any survey over 3 points. Not to mention, attempting to isolate single parents, small households, households with more than 3 children, and BIPOC classifications.

Most surveys are opinion based and don't require the demographics repeatedly asked for within this app. That is, if researching (e.g., streaming habits, weed killer product, food products, wireless services, etc.); does it really matter what gender, ethnicity, age, or household size? Specifically, if there's an exclusion of identities to begin with and/or if given the the option to "prefer not to say," what's actually being collected and for what purposes?

Then there's the zip code entry, what if a person is bi-coastal, has a summer home, is vacationing when taking the surveys? Is the mini questionnaire ACTUALLY capturing the correct and most accurate data, or have the developers designed the app to be geared toward a specific population that will most likely be granted access to the larger rewarded (i.e., points given) surveys?

Anyone who knows a fragment about quantitative data and research, there's never a true possibility to capture all of any kind or type of population. However, the research or researcher can in fact increase the population by opening up the options. Again, it will not guarantee a whole counted population, but a much accurate depiction of identifying society. Otherwise, it is a long replay of historically represented populations with very dense and limiting data. But what do I know, huh?

To say the least, majority of participants will not be making anymore than 3 points per survey using this app, based on my findings.

I played games with this app due to an offer with Prime Opinion (Multi Color water solver puzzle, forest cleaner, treehouse fishing) you only gets points from the first, sometimes until the second task is completed then they don't give you points, when you ask prime opinion help they tell you to send a message to bit labs support for offer but BitLabs always sent me an automated message. This app is a scam

I completed a task on prime opinion rewards for Gold mine winter edition, I reached 500 m and I it's been over 3 days and I have not received my reward and I've reached out to support for both prime opinion rewards I got a response saying the contact bit lab support which I did and I got no response besides an automated one that says sometimes the offer people require us to review each completion manually. Which makes no sense because the first two rewards were immediately rewarded. And it should not take this long to review it.
