BitLabs completely reversed ALL my earned rewards and even pushed my account into negative balance — without any valid explanation.

I completed a Game of Thrones offer step by step (multiple milestones like castle levels and unlocks). Everything was tracked and credited correctly at first, which clearly shows that I fulfilled the requirements.

Then, about a week later, EVERY SINGLE reward was suddenly marked as a “chargeback” and removed.

Not just one or two — ALL of them.

As a result, my balance is now negative (-€5.78). So I didn’t just lose my earnings — I was effectively penalized for completing the offer.

What makes this even worse:

No explanation for the chargebacks
No indication of any rule violation
No transparency at all
All progress invalidated retroactively

If there was a problem, why was everything credited first and only removed later? And why is there still no clear reason given?

From my perspective, this feels completely arbitrary and unfair. Users invest time based on the conditions shown, and then everything gets wiped without justification.

I have full screenshots showing all completed milestones and the mass chargebacks.

Be extremely careful with BitLabs. There is a real risk that your time will be wasted and your rewards will simply disappear — or worse, you end up with a negative balance.

Important update:

The offer was actually changed while I was already completing it. Several high-value tasks (like Jon Snow / Daenerys milestones) were removed mid-progress.

Support confirmed that the provider changed the steps during the offer.

This means I started the offer under completely different conditions than what was later available.

Despite this, I continued and completed remaining milestones — which were initially credited, but then later fully reversed.

This makes the situation even more unfair and misleading.

Update:

After contacting support and asking for clarification, I received a generic response claiming a “violation” — without any explanation or evidence.

When I tried to follow up and ask which account or action this refers to, my message was immediately rejected, and I am no longer able to contact support.

This makes the situation even more concerning:

* No explanation of the alleged violation
* No transparency
* No way to appeal or clarify
* Communication appears to be blocked

This behavior is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about how users are treated.

Be very careful.

Technical problem after filling out something like 40% of the survey.
This is a pretty basic scam on the survey sites . They get the information they want then some sort of "glitch" causes the survey to crash in which case you don't get paid anything for the information.

Bitlabs is NOT an impartial poller or survey provider. Questions are repetitive and biased, with undesirable answers often resulting in disqualification, usually unrewarded. The surveys themselves are frequently incompletable, ending with fatal page errors or Next buttons not present. Bitlabs should be considered a fraudulant source.

Did one of their game offer rock n cash casino slot. Finished the the first 4 goals in a day and they reverse all the payment saying there are chargeback. It's fraud by this company because I didn't do any chargeback. I didn't spend any money on the slot game so how can there be chargeback? don't trust this company. they will just waste your time with fake excuse to not pay you.

I have just completed a Bitlabs survey on swagbucks which took me 138 minutes....over TWO HOURS for you SCUMBAGS to screen me out upon completion and not pay me, you should be forcibly shutdown....I in all my years have NEVER NEVER known a company to be so blatantly fraudulent

It used to be a good site for taking surveys and earning money, but not anymore. Now they randomly reject surveys and withdraw the funds after payment. I took surveys that took two hours, they paid me, but a few days later they withdrew the payment, saying the survey was rejected, but they didn't give any further explanation. Why should I believe them? They're stealing our payments by telling lies.

the most scammy survey portal, they take more funds off your balance than they pay, they debit you funds daily even though you cant even find the survey they stealing you from, is like why they gotta take funds that do not belong to them, dont you have money to pay surveys already then dont send your waste of time forms, thats a very dishonest way to manage yourself, disgusting and discouraging, get better if you pay for a fully filled boring survey then keep your pants on, dont be that kind of cowards and scammers.

Pointless spending time on this site. Just plain fraud.

Be warned that this site is notorious for letting consumers finish the entirety of a survey, accepting your information, and then screening you out the SECOND the survey is completed. It has nothing to do with the quality of your answers, demographics, or the target being met; this site is a straight up scam that steals information from users with ever paying.

i enter a game challange about 260$ from bitlabs

i completed all stages but bitlabs not approved my earnings(i take some about 125$) i spend 600$ in this game for complete
because bitlabs opened a ladder and giving people 1st 1000$ so i try to take it but bitlabs dont approve my earnings so I loss a lot of money i did contact with their support they dont help to me dont trust this guys just im saying

I apparently filled out one of their surveys through Freecash and they issued a chargeback on my points accusing me of fraudulently filling out the survey, when I've never lied on surveys. Ever. Given their 1 star rating on Trustpilot I'm guessing they're the ones who are fraudulent.

Feels like a scam as they asked for permission to collect sensitive info from me and i foolishly accepted as the site i was on is trustworthy and right after i was told i dont qualify for the survey

the most disgusting and wicked survey portal, they take money from your account out of nowhere, today they stole me 2 usd off my balance i dont even remember getting a survey for even a dollar they so miserable that they only have 40 min surveys for 0.20 cents, i do not understand the survey logic they put all kind of trap questions to waste your time but since you match the survey profile then filled it out succesfully passing all the traps and taking care of your responses all that for what , if the next day they will atack your balance today for example they took my earning from taks not from surveys it was an amount that i doubt i got from a survey i also do not have a record of that payment that they are debiting so is clear what is happening, all survey portals are the same on this matter but bitlabs is the biggest and most disgusting rat out there be careful

I completed a game offer through Bitlabs and AdGate Media on TimeBucks. I reached the required level exactly as stated in the offer, but I never received any credits. I contacted support several times, but they just rejected my request and claimed they couldn't verify it, even though I had clear proof.
This is very disappointing – these platforms waste your time and do not pay as promised. Be careful, they are misleading users.

Scam. Bitlabs is constantly scamming me. Another survey I completed and I'm not getting paid for.

I discovered that the bureau ROSE LANE (GP) have been able to effectively get them to make all the payment they refused me

Back to back surveys fully completed then suddenly "disqualified". They collect your data then refuse to compensate you. Avoid at all costs!

I believe it should be removed from internet because of cheating and they should be banned by google for doing scam business around. They waste 10 minutes of your time questioning before survey and once you finalize they will tell you, Oops screened out.
