20+ Days Ignored, No Resolution, No Communication, and Misleading Public Responses
I am extremely disappointed with how Bitget/OSL Pay is handling my case. It has now been over 20 days since I submitted my complaint, and I have not received any response, update, or acknowledgment.
They repeatedly write in public replies that they “responded” or “followed up,” but this is simply not true. I have checked my inbox, my spam folder, and all communication channels, there is no email, no message, absolutely nothing.
My issue is very clear and documented:
• I made a deposit on October 28th from the same verified bank account I have always used.
• OSL Pay placed an internal EDD hold without any external authority request.
• The deposit was released only days later, after I submitted additional documents for an account that was already verified multiple times.
• Because of this unnecessary delay, my active position on Bitget was liquidated, causing a real financial loss of around 16,700 USDT.
I contacted Bitget and OSL Pay multiple times. Instead of helping, they keep pointing to each other, and now both have simply stopped responding.
Meanwhile, on Trustpilot, they pretend to be helpful and claim they are “in communication” with me, but this is misleading and factually wrong.
The reality is:
• 20+ days of silence
• No investigation results
• No compensation offer
• No explanation
• No timestamps
• No accountability from either Bitget or OSL Pay
This experience has been incredibly frustrating. As a fully verified customer who used the same bank account every time, I expected at least proper communication. Instead, I was ignored after suffering a loss that was not caused by market conditions, but by their operational failure.
I am now escalating this issue to EU regulators, MAS, consumer protection authorities, and public channels not because I want to, but because Bitget and OSL Pay refuse to take responsibility or even communicate.
I hope this review helps other users understand the risks involved when a platform publicly claims to offer support but privately ignores customers for weeks. Unacceptable

Warning to EU Users – No Resolution, No Compliance, No Accountability (UID 2272408747)
After weeks of trying to solve a liquidation issue caused by contradictory margin data on Bitget, I can now confirm that this platform ignores escalation requests, does not follow basic dispute procedures, and refuses to provide any meaningful investigation.
I asked repeatedly for my case to be forwarded to a Level 2 agent, a decision maker, or the Compliance Department. None of this was done. Instead, Bitget sent the same copy-paste responses, no matter how detailed the evidence was.
What makes this even worse:
• I documented a liquidation triggered by a margin display error, where the margin was reduced after a leverage adjustment.
• Other customers were compensated, but Bitget imposed an arbitrary one-hour window without any technical justification.
• They refused to explain how a “malfunction only exists for exactly 60 minutes in a global system.”
Since Bitget continues to ignore the case, I have already filed complaints with the Financial Ombudsman Cyprus and the European Consumer Centre (ECC/EVZ). Both institutions confirmed receipt of my claim. A trading platform that targets EU customers should be prepared to follow EU consumer protection standards — Bitget clearly does not.
This review will remain as a warning to European users:
➡️ If something goes wrong on Bitget’s side, you are on your own.
➡️ They do not escalate complaints.
➡️ They avoid addressing technical inconsistencies.
➡️ They refuse compensation even when others were compensated for the same issue.
I strongly advise EU users to be cautious. A platform that refuses accountability is a platform you should think twice about trusting with your funds.
Follow Reddit / r/CryptoCurrency if there is no response.
I am very disappointed that such a large capitalist company has no goodwill towards my individual case.

Bitget has the right and will disqualify users that are engaged in wash trading, creating multiple accounts for the rewards, and any other illegal, unethical, or suspicious behaviours and will not disclose the reason for your case.
The most common reason for triggering risk will be our system detecting users creating multiple accounts or same device login/IP for the reward. We regret informing you that the decision is final and will not be reviewed again. We will now close the ticket.
Rest assured, we will continue to launch attractive airdrop events across all regions based on fairness to all Bitget users. Please ensure that you do not violate any rules and engage in suspicious behaviours to avoid failing the risk assessments again for the next event.

Unbelievable waste of time! UK people will have a major hassle on here
Unbelievable waste of time! If you are in the UK, then this site will put you through the mill before you can possibly buy crypto. I spent 3 hours going through the authentication process (scanning passport, doing selfies and video of your passport and various docs, then more checks, then a 30 minutes exam / questionnaire which won't let you access the site until you pass it!
In total I spent 2 hours on the authentication, 1 hour on the stupid quizzes (obligatory) and 1 hour talking to their support team (who are very slow and very ignorant). Eventually after 2 days of stress, the site finally allowed me to buy crypto, but at a 6% commission rate on simple USDT! that's way more expensive than most other platforms. So ended up switching to a better platform in the end with only 2.5% commission.

I’m very disappointed with the service
I’m very disappointed with the service. It showed me a “$1000 Mystery Box” and said I’d get a $100 futures trading bonus, but the system only gave me $2 totally a scam! Last time, I traded around $100, and they said I’d receive a $200 voucher, but again they gave it only for open positions and only if I already had balance in my futures account. What a terrible, misleading, and scammy exchange! Worst service ever! 🖐️🖐️🖐️

Refuse to send money back
I sent USDC to their deposit wallet on the wrong network and they refuse to send my money back.
They even have a form to request a refund to the origin address (bitget. com/asset/rechargeRefundForm). In the form it says "If the deposit network is not listed as an option, please contact customer support.". So, I contacted the support several times but all I got were meaningless and unhelpful answers. They could simply add the currently unsupported network (its an EVM network called World Chain) to the form. But instead they are doing nothing and they are gatekeeping my money.

Problem with service
Bitget ignored my formal claim — auto-add margin failed during market crash
On October 10th, 2025, I experienced a serious malfunction in Bitget’s auto-add margin system while using futures trading bots.
Despite having the feature correctly enabled and having available funds in my account, the system did not execute the automatic margin addition, which led to the liquidation of three bots (SOL/USDT, XRP/USDT, LINK/USDT, x10) and a total loss of around 1,500 USDT.
I opened a support ticket (#2423714) and clearly explained the issue, but after more than 10 days, Bitget only sent me a generic liquidation notice, completely ignoring the core of my complaint — that the auto-margin system may have failed.
I have requested a technical review of the system logs and escalation to a supervisor, but no one has responded.
This lack of transparency and unwillingness to investigate a potential technical malfunction is extremely concerning. I hope Bitget will take this seriously and provide an official review of my case.
Users deserve confidence that automated trading tools like “auto-add margin” actually function as configured, especially during high-volatility events.

No responsibility for technical failures from Bitget
In the massive market drop some weeks ago, I wasn´t able to get any cash from my credit card into my account to put in more margin into my position. This happened for technical reason, I simply could not open the window, where I would be able to withdraw money from my credit card. Because I could not manage my positions for that reason, all my positions have been liquidated.
Bitget doesn't take any responsibility for that, even though it was clear technical failure.
Would not recommend Bitget anymore, the other crypto platform, that I trade with, did not have any issues at all and even compensated me because of the 30 % slippage in futures/spot.
Hence I now know, what a good platform looks like. Bitget earned a lot of money with my liquidations but doesn't take responsibility for any technical failure at all.

Bitget is a scam site.
Bitget is a scam site.
I was promised $250+ if I started a Bitget account of at least $100+ within 24 hours and made some Bitget trades/transactions. (Bitget also promises to put at least $6k on your account if you put $100k+ on your account).
Bitget never intended to pay that $250 promise. In my case, I seem to have been lucky as all banks and Wallets seem to have had Bitget under some kind of blockade during the transfers and therefore denied the transfers or left them hanging, making it possible to recover the funds as compared to other reviewers.
Read Bitgets reviews here carefully, it could at least save you a day of irritation and waste of time.
Considering Bitget's answer, the answer is a dud, fake, and fraudulent answer. Bitget knows that I have deleted their apps and accounts.

Very frustrating experience and unprofessional behaviour
I really not recommend Bitget for a crypto trading, everything is ok until you will have have a problem and need a customer support. I want to deposit money into Bitget. They asked me to connect Bitget with my bank so it will be easier for me. I was using Bitget for a while so I did that and they withdraw amount from my bank, which didn’t show up on my Bitget, after one day I contacted customer support and they told me that they will fix my issue within maximum of 48h. But they didn’t fix that already 3 weeks and every time i I contact customer support I got same answer ,,please be patient we are working on to solve this problem and it will take us max 48h,, and you can’t talk with any human it’s all AI. If I tell the bot on live chat to connect me with human he tells that he will do that but it’s not true it will still be a bot who will pretend that he is human 😅 same with contact them on email. I only got same stupidity answers which is written by AI,
Very frustrating experience and totally unprofessional. I don’t think I will ever get my money back from them… luckily the amount was not that big, it was 2000dkk and I will survive with that loss but never expect that Bitget treat customer like that… so think twice before you will use them for a crypto trading…

Bitget permanently disabled my verified Canadian account without explanation
I’m a fully KYC-verified Canadian user. Bitget permanently disabled my account without giving any clear reason or evidence.
I repeatedly asked for details, but they only sent generic replies like “we follow international regulations.”
My account is now permanently closed and I can no longer access it.
This caused me both financial and emotional harm.
Please be careful before trusting this exchange — transparency and accountability seem to be missing.

Bitget doesn’t protect its users
Bitget doesn’t protect its users. Their support team keeps making promises but never actually resolves the issue. Every response just goes in circles, repeating the same messages without taking real action. I’ve provided all the necessary proof, yet nothing has been done. It’s very disappointing because users like me trusted Bitget to be reliable, especially during token migrations and technical changes. I hope this review encourages the team to take accountability and provide real solutions instead of empty assurances.
