Bitcoin is trying to tell me it is…the wrong company that is not so i have been bounced around since 1-6-26 until now and i was sent from one to the next for over 4 months now they are trying to say i
i did not use a ATM machine it was a Bitcoin depot machine, so quit passing the fault and give me my money

But it is Bitcoin that has my $4000 and will not return it
i put my money in their machine on January 6 and it would not put it in my wallet
, so they said i would get a refund. They have said that they have sent 2 checks to me, and yesterday they said they were sending me another one
, They are saying i am giving a bad review to the wrong people, not true i know what they did, and if you use them, watch for crooked deals

zero access enough for ME…
Everytime that I try to explore the app to learn it seems I can't access all the features.
This has been a misrable experience.
I deposited 50bks almost 3 yrs ago and havent seen it since.
I'm asked for a 12 word phrase I dont have.
If thats all it takes to loose my money I definately wont go any further IN Pursuing digital investments with bitcoin.com.
another thing to add to this experience is the way support has not given or attempted to give me a path to correct
this issue.

This approach is designed to ensure the highest level of security, as it guarantees that only the wallet owner has access to their funds. For this reason, if the 12-word private key (backup phrase) is lost, it is unfortunately not possible to restore the wallet.
